went there for my 30 minute break and waited 25 minutes for my bowl. people who came in after me got their bowls first, within minutes. they didn’t look very busy, there were about 4 other people in the store who already had their bowls so i’m not sure why it took so long. no communication or apologies at all to let me know they were working towards to my order. bowl was good, but i definitely don’t see myself going back due to long wait times and lack of customer service.

It was my first time at this location, and definitely not my last. Great staff and atmosphere. A clear explanation of whats in the bowls. And my bowl was delicious. I hot the Coco berry bowl.

Food is always delicious. The workers were super busy so not as attentive as normal. Place is new but tables and floors were not cleaned up as they had alot of orders to fill.

Placed order on mobile app for two smoothies. Waited till the 15 min time to pick up. Went in and girl gave only one smoothie. Had to wait for someone to make the second one. And ended getting both but one smoothie was missing an extra add in that was paid for.
