Absolutely unacceptable experience. I waited over 20 minutes in the scorching sun, watching multiple people who ordered after me get their food and leave before I even got mine. When I finally asked what was going on, the customer service was awful no apology, no explanation, no effort to reassure me that my order was on its way. I was just coldly told to “wait.” It felt like they couldn’t care less. Not only was this disorganized and unfair, but being treated with zero empathy just made it worse. If you value your time and being treated like a human being, go somewhere else. And to top it all off, when I finally got my bowl, they literally threw it into the bag with zero care. When I opened it, it was a complete mess!!!!!!! Everything was smushed, toppings were all over the lid, and it looked like it had been shaken and dropped. After all that waiting and terrible treatment, they couldn’t even bother to handle my food properly.

The staff was great. Our bowls came quickly. A bit pricey but that’s how it is in Cape May. Blueberries on top of my bowl were a bit too soft but I mixed it with other stuff and that helped. Nice to have healthy treat!

Yummy smoothie bowls! Perfect on a hot day. I ordered the green bowl called ‘Lola’, topped with granola, pineapple, coconut, mango and honey. Waited a little bit for it to be made, but it was worth the wait. It had more granola than I was expecting, but it hit the spot. The fruit was fresh and sweet. It’s a short walk from the beach, so I got to take it back to my beach chair to eat. Otherwise, there’s some tables with umbrellas clustered together in front of the eatery. Plenty of other food options (think food trucks) in the circle in case you have a group with different tastes.

Kudos to whoever created the flavor filled bobas. Ordered the passion fruit flavored bobas with Grapefruit Bubble Tea. Soooo good. Love how the passion fruit just bursts in your mouth.

Can’t come to Cape May without going to Playa Bowls. The fresh, delicious playa bowls are a refreshing healthy way to start the day. They hit the spot every time and keep me coming back to try more varieties on the menu.

Food has been better than it has been in the past which makes it way more enjoyable. Last year I went and it was all melted when they handed it to me, but this year it was amazing. The service was okay, they really just ask us what we want and that’s it so. The spot to sit it pretty cool, choices of umbrellas to sit under.

Drove 20 minutes because my kids wanted to try today for breakfast. We waited until 9:35 for them to open doors. Many people that were waiting left to go to the bagel place next door. Good ratings but poorly run.

Ridiculous experience. Staff lost my order. After reminding them that they had forgotten 3 acai bowls, they made two, then proceeded to forget about the third bowl. I’ve had my order lost before, but having the same order lost twice was mind-boggling. Incompetence.
