We spent a day @ LBI and our gang of Eight wants to eat Açai Bowl and that’s why we landed to this store as it was on our way….. everyone of us had different flavour and each and everyone said that mine açai bowl is good…. Mine is good…. So that’s what everyone said…. Without a doubt this franchise “Playa Bowls” are good, Bit pricey don’t get me wrong but may be because of prime area like LBI NJ.

Please add in your hours that it is closed for the season. made the trip over there but when i arrived it was locked, no sign that it was closed for the season. Only on the official playa bowls surf city website did it say that it was closed. kind of my fault but please update the hours to prevent this mistake from happening. ☹️ love playa bowls tho

I love playa bowls, and have been to this location before. The food is good, but it’s definitely frustrating when there is 6 workers behind the counter and the only one actually moving and working was the girl making 15 smoothies while the rest of her coworkers were basically just hanging out. If anything that girl deserves a break and her coworkers should be pulling their own weight and helping her. I’ve worked in the food industry long enough to recognize that she was doing far work than she should’ve, considering the amount of workers there.
