Ordered a smoothie bowl and smoothie online. When I came in to pick it up two of the workers were just joking and laughing and moving so slow while there was a rush of people. None of them were friendly and no one was paying attention. When I finally got my smoothie it was as thick as water. They must have put the skin or core of the pineapple in too as it was bitter and super stringy. I never leave reviews but I had to with this one since they did not care about anything. Waste of my money:/

Really terrible experience. Took our order and the service was completely dysfunctional. All we ordered was a smoothie and a bowl. After 40 minutes of waiting and seeing people after us get their order, we asked if our order was being made. The girl just looked at us wide eyed and said she couldn’t find our ticket. Instead of offering to make our order immediately, they just stood there with no help or suggestion. Asked for a refund and left.

It took my husband 5 minutes to get home with my bowl and when i opened the bag it was like juice in bowl. It was completely inedible. This happened at the end of last summer too. Sea Bright playa bowl is terrible. Red Bank is much better!! I used to walk 10 minutes back to work, in the heat and it wasn’t in this condition. We’ll never go back to Sea Bright again.

Just ordered 2 Nutella bowls extremely little Nutella, barely any granola more like crumbs and 1/2 full açaí bowl. With what we paid $30 plus this is a disgrace. They were delivered DoorDash or I would have complained at the counter. This is not the first time this has happened which makes matters even worse. Playa in Sea Bright you need to do better!

The most delicious food, but it doesn’t take 30 minutes to make a coffee. It is always understaffed and the employees will forget about you as there isn’t an organized system to make things. I’ve waited almost an hour just for a smoothie! Excellent food, but needs to work on how to make things faster.

1 person working on a Saturday morning, took 40 min to get 2 smoothies. Based on the other reviews, management needs to sort things out here. Smoothie was tasty but better be ready to wait an hour for it.

The girl at the register was very rude and not energetic. We walked in, no one said hi, no one said welcome to playa bowls, no one even asked what we wanted to order. I said hi and she didn’t even respond, then I told her what I was ordering and she had absolutely nothing to say the entire time. All she did was ask for my name. When I didn’t want to do the rewards thing she made a face. No smile or anything either.
I go to the playa bowls in Marlboro and everyone is nothing but nice. I could not say the same for here. The boy in the back was nice but girl in the front with light brown hair, blue eyes, wearing the teal long sleeve shirt was just rude and unwelcoming. I will not be returning and would much rather drive 5 minutes and go to the long branch location where they are actually nice.

Would much rather be at melonhead right now. 1. It takes about 20 minutes for one bowl to be done! The tables are always dirty. Now we have to pay exact change to get the bowl or pay with card and lastly they always mess up my name. Today it was Cate? See ya at Melonhead!
