We frequent this playa bowls in Morganville often . On Saturday May 3rd myself ,wife and my son came in at 9:30 . The two guys were “ rushing us ‘ screwed up 2 of the 3 orders and were rude . The oatmeal was ice Cold and did not have any of the toppings I had paid for . Also we were told we could not use the restroom. We will never be patrons at this playa bowls again . Save your money and go somewhere else .

I came to this location around 11am today. I ordered a coco bowl and was highly upset. All of the bananas sitting on the counter were dark brown. They should really use fresher bananas especially since it was early in the morning. My bowl was mushy due to the bananas being over riped. Some customers don’t like dark brown bananas.

You forced us to order our items through an app, but yet you don’t have customization on your app and nothing on your app is what we want. You can’t call an order now because you can only use the app.
So the group of us from the gym who want to call in our orders can’t anymore. So you don’t have it online and you can’t call it in. It seems like a futile procedure. But yet you want us to come in and wait 15 minutes while your staff takes all the online orders before the people standing in the store.
All you’ve done is frustrate multiple groups of people from the local gyms. Good luck with all of that. I’ll be sure to express myself to everyone that asks me.
Don’t bother trying to backpedal or apologize in the response on Google. You made your decision.
