Walked in and I was absolutely floored. One of the biggest Playa Bowl locations I’ve ever been in. It was super clean. The staff are SOO nice and attentive. I had a few customizations in my bowl and they got made it perfectly and quickly. All my fruit were sweet and fresh. Oftentimes at other locations, they skimp out on items but not this place. 100000000% would recommend coming here. Can’t wait to come back!

This place used to be great, but lately the quality has dropped off significantly. It seems like every time I order they barely fill the bowl half way and make the bowl how they want and don’t follow the directions in the order. Idk how many times I’ve paid for an additional topping and they just don’t do it, or barely put anything in the bowl. It’s so frustrating when you’re paying so much money for a bowl to get ripped off like this. I totally understand food service is not an easy job, I did it for the majority of my life, but management needs to have better oversight and training of their staff.

I have been coming to this location ever since I moved here last year. I love coming here with my family, it is always such an amazing experience! All of their ingredients and items are so fresh and delicious. My order is always made in a timely manner. All of the employees are very kind and take their time to explain the menu and offer possible modifications to the bowl. Angela, especially is the sweetest and never fails to make our experience awesome. Definitely recommend trying playa bowls, especially at this location!!

I’ve been coming here for years and over the past few weeks they’ve been skimming their bows almost by half the açai is barely even reaching half of the container. $15 for this nonsense you’re better off going to the Hoboken or Jersey City location.

This is the worst playa bowl i ever been to. I politely explained to the cashier to please tell the person making the bowl to fill it up a little more because i paid $44 for 3 bowls and it was less than half way full. He looked at me and didn’t even respond. And again i got a bowl less than half way full. It’s crazy that they charge that much and can’t even give you a good amount for the money you pay. Very disappointing!

I didn’t get to try any of the food but I had to leave a comment because they had only 1 worker (I dont recall his name) in the store by himself, making multiple orders. The store was packed with people and he was there by himself, I felt so bad for him I canceled my order. Treat your hard working employees better!

Friendly service and a convenient location. The space is very clean and spacious with plenty of seating. The staff was patient, professional, and attentive. They did an awesome job with the ordering queue. I had a great experience here and will be returning.
