Came here for the very first time on Veterans day. The staff was so helpful and kind. I told the gentleman at the counter that I had never been here before, but that I really enjoyed coconut. Customer service is excellent compared to when they first opened and no one talked to you. Everyone greets you and makes you feel welcomed! Upbeat energy from each and every staff member. Love the dolce smoothie! My favorite. ❤️

I went here during the July 4th weekend as a little vacation trip to Maine from Vermont with my boyfriend and this was the first playa bowls location I ever went too and it was perfect!! the staff was so friendly and fun to talk to as well as patient and friendly while my boyfriend and I were trying to figure out the first thing we’d ever try. we sat over at the Starbucks next door. Playa Bowls is my new hyper fixation meal. I have eaten the Cupid bowl about 10 times in the past few months. Each bowl lasts me 2-3 meals. They’re so generous with the toppings. Better than any ice cream or other treat, IMHO!
