Absolutely love playa bowl, but will not return to this location. Went last night & tonight and both orders were wrong. I was trying to get the granola on the bottom only, which ive ordered at other locations. First night no granola & next night extra granola on top & bottom. I called the store to ask for a refund because its too far to drive back. They insisted it was correct & they followed industry standard, so I offered to send pictures. Sent 2 pictures, they wanted more pictures that included a side view. I gave up at that point. Regardless of whether they weighed the ingredients correctly & the bowl looked right, it was not what i ordered and I was very frustrated that they didn’t care.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I had heard great things about this place and was excited to give it a try. When I walked in, there were no employees around and the place felt very empty, but I decided to stay and look around because I really liked the atmosphere.
As I was taking a few pictures of the interior, an employee came in and told me I couldn’t take photos and needed to delete them. She also accused me of taking pictures of her, which was not true. I even offered to show her my photos to prove that no one was in them.
The situation made me feel very uncomfortable, especially as a first-time customer. I ended up leaving without ordering anything. I hope management can train their staff on professionalism, respect, and proper customer service — this experience really left a bad impression.

I had the mucho mango bowl. Was expecting fresh mango slices. But the base was pureed mango that was still partially frozen. Other than that, it was delicious.

What a fun place! We went here a week ago to grab juices, we recently went on a cruise where we had fresh pressed juices and were looking for something similar close to us. I had the Mermaid Fuel and my husband had Beach Break. I’ll be honest I don’t know how this place makes money. We stood there and watched one by one vegetable after vegetable, fruit after fruit go into the juicer. The ingredients would easily cost me $12-15 to make each juice but we were paying that much for both. Swell deal! As we waited for our drinks we saw other customers pick up bowls and smoothies and they looked so colorful and delicious, will definitely stop by again for one of those. The juices were great, well balanced flavor combinations that definitely gave us the cruise vibes we were missing.

Food is good but service for online pickups is very slow even when the store is almost empty. I’ve ordered online multiple times sometimes 30-40 minutes in advance and always have to wait 10-15 minutes after I’ve arrived to the physical store for my order to be ready. It seems they don’t start online orders until you physically arrive and ask about your order. If that’s the case, you should not have the option to order ahead. The employees are nice, just not as efficient as I’d expect.

Love it here!! The decor inside is amazing and makes me feel like I’m on the beach. The staff is super friendly and the bowls are delicious! In this photo I got half açaí half pitaya blend. Not only does it taste amazing but they do a great job making the bowls look presentable.

I had to try the new PB& jammin bowl. It was even better than I expected. The young lady who took my order was so nice, and the young lady who made it was just as joyful. Great service-with a smile & great atmosphere as always!

Bowls were big enough to share, can’t have any leftover as it turns to liquid so definitely share if you not super hungry!! The bowls were delicious and fruit was fresh.
