I love this Milton location! Staff is always so helpful and accommodating. Danny the assistant manager is a great asset to this location and all the staff is wonderful! They were all so helpful to me when I traveled there and my baby had fallen asleep in the car. They brought my order out to me no questions asked! And they were super busy at the time. I absolutely love Playa Bowls. We were lucky and found street parking out front. You get greeted with a smile immediately and the staff was super helpful. The menu is relatively large to me so instead of reading through it, they were able to recommend bowls and smoothies based on what I wanted.
The space is very nice with bold letters and fun colored walls. The playa bowls were yummy and the fruits seemed fruit.

First time here and I am EXTREMELY disappointed. The service and workers were extremely rude to me. I did a “make your own bowl” but apparently that automatically comes with granola (even tho i didn’t list granola as something I want on it) so I asked them to please remake it without granola. The rude look and snarky comment I received from the workers was shocking. Not to mention when it was remade it was only filled halfway (see pic). I’ve been to playa bowls in the Jersey Shore and this service was HORRIBLE. Very upset. Wanted to love this location too.

Very fast service my Friend Diana told me she’s a loyal customer so I had to come try it . It has a nice atmosphere with a simple but lengthy menu .. I felt like mine was simple order of the pura vida which was in the açaí section I just added coconut flakes but the options was endless I need to come back and try other items

Been coming here since it opened a few years ago, but since then the quality and service has gone downhill quick. Last time I went I received a completely wrong order. I decided to bite my tongue and give it a try anyways, but only ate a few bites of what I had paid for. Today was the same, my boyfriend and I each ordered a bowl and again got a completely different order. Not only was the entire order wrong, but everything in each bowl was poor quality. The açaí was complete liquid which tasted like sugar water and was way too sweet for both of us. We received maybe one spoonful of granola in each bowl, and no bananas. The fruit was visibly bad and tasted old. Even the peanut butter had a liquid/watered down consistency. My boyfriend was unable to eat his, and I only did because I’m pregnant and hangry at all times. This place has wasted a lot of my money lately and I won’t bother being disappointed again after trying to give the benefit of the doubt.

They also have around 10 seats for this who prefer to have them immediately, which is my case.
