Such a great place to stop for some tacos or enchiladas. I ordered cheese enchiladas and it was made to order. Feels fresh and good in size. Salsa bar very much appreciated and it’s fresh as well and assorted well.

Had the chicken and carnitas street tacos and they were a deal for $3 a taco. Both tasted great, the chicken taco easily could have been made into two tacos. Love the salsa bar, great added value!

Portions are quite large and the flavors were great! Prices were reasonable for the amount of food. A few of the taquitos (rolled tacos) were a little chewy inside, but were still good.

Great place to get great food at a great price. We got excellent service from this family business. The carne asada fries and shrimp burritos were freshly made and delicious! The salsa bar was a nice touch to add spices and pico to our meal. We stopped in our rv (parked at walmart) on our way through town and was pleasantly surprised to find this little gem. We suggest they put a few tables outside since we had our dog, but take-out was fine anyways. We highly recommend this place if you are in Richfield.

Hermon is our favorite server. He goes the extra mile to be kind, helpful, patient, hospitable, warm smiles and checks on us after we get our meals brings us things we may have forgotten, a rarity these days to see a young man in today’s world be more concerned about helping others have their best day before himself. Eagerly looking anticipating the needs or desires of others. He seems to enjoy his job from a positive perspective and does NOT have that typical selfish, rude, entitled attitude that plagues today’s young people when they have to work and fall apart if effort is required. No, Hermon is a rare breed and our time at Playa Azul is always delicious delightful and welcoming because of him. The owners are also warm and friendly, and will come out to greet customers between food orders.

Has really good food, and different choices then what Richfield has had. Main problem is time, my last 3 orders have taken anywhere from 35 to 55 minutes to receive after placing the order, not a quick place to eat.
Have been several more times and the wait times are just horrible. Standing at the register for 10 minutes and then to wait 30 minutes is a bit much. Definitely not a place for a fast lunch, foods still good though.

Playa Azul Taco Shop was fun to visit. I thought my street tacos tasted good. I was disappointed with the salsa flavors. Also, in one of the bathrooms, the light would flicker and then completely turn off after you got inside. I thought I might have been in a horror movie.
