It’s was a great place to take the kids. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was very friendly. The hash browns are delicious and do not disappoint. I had a breakfast special while my kids had pancakes and an omelette. The pancakes were soft fluffy and had a slight sweetness even without the syrup. The omelette looked good, smelled good and the taste followed suit. The pricing was reasonable, but because the food is outstanding, you definitely get your money’s worth.

This is for the review below mine, most restaurants don’t take carry out orders a half hour before they close. If your GJ’s was so good why didn’t you go there in the first place? Obviously it’s not that good if you’re trying out another restaurant that sells the same food. Plato’s has always been good, your place has never been good. I’ll stick to Plato’s.

They actually close at 8:40p.m. on Saturday nights. I was just told by their staff. After I was told by friends and patients I work with how tremendous their food is! Nothing worse than thinking you have till 9:00p.m.to put in a carry out order then just told on the phone, NOPE we close in 2 minutes which would make it 8:40p.m. NOT 9:00p.m. Helpful if their times reflected whats on the website. I will stick to my GJs!

Waitress today acted like we were wasting her time and had a major attitude toward us. Usually have great service and leave happy, and dine in average weekly. We are definitely not demanding customers and always leave big tips .. highly disappointed and not sure if or when we’ll ever be back. That ruined the experience.

Service was great, atmosphere was very inviting. Burgers and onion rings were amazing, fries were somewhat lacking, kinda overcooked and dry. My daughter and I both got burgers, hers was plain with cheese and mine was mushroom, Swiss, bacon with lettuce, tomatoes and pickles on the side and they were absolutely delicious! Plato’s Place is great place if you’re looking for reasonably priced food that tastes amazing. You can’t go wrong with anything on the breakfast menu. The hashbrowns are the best I’ve ever had.
That said, my go-to order is a bowl of chicken lemon rice soup & a chicken strip pita. Again, best I’ve ever tasted. I need the soup secret.

We placed a catering order for two large salads and they were perfect. Plato’s even asked if wanted to wait 5 minutes for them to heat and wrap pita bread! Excellent.

I used to go here over ten years ago when I worked for Kmart. It was always good. I recently moved to the area and decided to see if it was still a hit. I ordered breakfast this morning. I was craving corned beef hash so I ordered a side, and it was horrible! It taste as bad as it looked. It was smelly, mushy, and the corned beef was a spam like texture. Definitely not what I’m used to in terms of any type of hash, especially corned beef. Thankfully my breakfast was good (I ate it before I thought about posting this review). It definitely saved the day because I couldn’t eat the mush that was meant to be hash.

Fry’s were completely overcooked and soggy as if it was cooked in dirty oil. Chile was a little bit too spicy for me. Loose meat really had no taste. My friend did not enjoy her meal either.
