Overall the food was good. The salsa and queso dip was bit on the runny/thinner side. The Plato Feliz plate with queso, grilled chicken, and rice was good. Good amount & seasoned well. The steak/chicken quesadillas were good, just a little greasy. The service & atmosphere was good. We were in and out just like that. Will definitely come back

Wes and I try to frequent Plato Feliz in Livingston once or twice a month and it never disappoints. Esteban and his staff are top notch. The drinks are cold and delicious, the food is fantastic, and the service is wonderful. You can always take an alcoholic beverage to-go which is nice. They recently constructed a new addition to the restaurant that gives them a lot more space and another bar area. We have high hopes for their future and love that they are so close to us. We usually order to go so this is a picture of my Tacos Al Carbon at home. They were delicious.

Plato Feliz in Livingston near Flora is one of my favorite local spots for Mexican food. I had the chicken fajitas, and they came out sizzling with great flavor and generous portions. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, with colorful décor and upbeat music that makes it a fun place to relax. The staff was friendly and quick, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.

Really nice Mexican restaurant. Had the three entree lunch combo. Chili relleno, tamale and shredded beef burrito. All were excellent. Quick service and great pricing. Wife had the steak fajitas. Those were excellent as well. Steak was tender and served hot with all the fixins. Second time we have been – same great food and service both times.

This place is fabulous! True it is not on your regular route of Mexican places to find. I encourage you to go outside of the norm, go for a drive in the country and find your way to Plato Feliz, Livingston, Madison, Mississippi. Spectacular salsa that you get with a free chips — amazing. I will say that the cheese dip is a little runny but the Mexican guacamole more than makes up for it. I had the enchiladas Suizas. So good. Hobby had the burrito Feliz — you won’t regret that choice. We followed it up with sopapillas — always a safe choice and delicious with the ice cream. Lots of strawberry margaritas yes yes yes. Suffice it to say that Plato -Feliz is the next hot Mexican restaurant in Madison Mississippi. You heard it here first, run don’t walk. Great place for occasions. Awesome patio.

Delicious food, tasty margaritas!! We went on a Thursday evening and were promptly seated and greeted by our waiter. Definitely recommend upgrading your margarita to premium and if you are looking to share your drink, there is a jumbo margarita you can order (which is not on the menu). The Parrillada Mexicana for two was PLENTY and we had leftovers for lunch and dinner the next day. We will back here again.

Wonderful Sunday lunch with the family! You won’t be disappointed. Everyone had great meals with adequate portions. We enjoyed the clean and energetic atmosphere. The people were friendly, prompt with service, and highly recommend them.

Food was good and cooked to order. Rating 4 stars on food simply because some of the food was a little bland. Service was ok. Our server came by only a few times and our drinks were empty and had to constantly request refills. The atmosphere was the worst. The restaurant was at least 85⁰ inside where we were sitting. It was like they did not want to turn on the A/C. Also, there was no host. You had to write your name on a piece of notebook paper with the number of people in your group with the pager number. I witnessed several people that came in after our group write their name above ours and get seated first. Very unprofessional on the restaurants part for not managing the list of those waiting. I may go back with much lower expectations.
