Very ghetto money hungry establishment. I visited this place when they first were opened when things were in order. I visited this past weekend AGAIN for a friends birthday party she paid $500 for a SECTION I was apart of her party btw. Arrived and they wouldn’t let me in because they were “at capacity”…me and a friend sat outside for 30 minutes. After desperately wanting to enjoy ourselves we paid $150 a piece to get in. On top of that price hookah WASNT included.. then to later get dragged out by security by my NECK due to an ARGUMENT between me and another lady which they allowed her to stay. Not to mention I’m 120lbs being dragged by my neck by a 300lb MAN. One of my shoes came off they then threw it outside at me. $800 shoes btw are now demolished from a man dragging choking and stepping all over my shoes !!!! My neck was hurting for days after AND I have bruises on my shoulder. No one has gotten back to me or even TRIED to accommodate me. Do NOT support this business please go to Arabia cafe!!! Support anywhere but this ghetto place!

The customer service from the guys that may be in management is horrible!!! For this place to charge a coverage fee of $20 to get in her and not have appropriate seating for ladies is insane! Thank goodness for a few regulars who accommodated us was the only reason it was better. There is hardly any ventilation so our eyes were burning bad so we left after an 1 hr in a half! The music, dj was good however. Just when dealing with other cultures and I’m an African American it can feel like they’re prejudice towards our people!

What I love about this place is the ambiance and great customer service. The platinum smoke has everything a smoker needs. From the furniture to the modern bathroom. I love it free parking and the vindalation is excellent.

Platinum is like the sitcom, “CHEERS”. It’s “where ev’rybody knows your name!” I’m an OG cigar smoker who enjoys the laid-back crowd while watching a variety of sports. The staff and security are always personable.

My experience at Platinum Smoke Lounge in Richton Park was terrible. Security let us in without charging at the door, but once inside, we were told to pay for things we never did. The staff was unprofessional, and the whole situation felt like a scam. I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of and will not be returning. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Always a good vibe. The owner & staff is attentive to your needs! Different events during the week (karaoke, live band, etc). DJ on the weekend about 8/9pm always on point Two cigar purchase minimum or hookah purchase. BYOB.
