Nice place with cool views and plenty of screens! One thing to watch is the new automatic 18% tip thing going around – nice service but ended up way over tipping for a couple beers – otherwise a great place to catch a game –

The Staff is very knowledgeable and several options for food as well as Mocktails. We did not eat however a group next to us commented on the appetizers and other menu items and was very pleased.

We were blown away with all the big screens and walls with tv’s so there is not a bad place to sit to watch anything when you are there – and the outdoor seating is quite ample for when the weather warms up.

We’re in Charlotte for a couple days due to canceled flights, and we were looking for a place to watch a football game. This place was perfect for that! So many TVs, and not a bad seat anywhere. We were interested in 2 different games, and they were EXTREMELY accommodating to make sure we were able to see both games. My husband wanted unsweet tea, and our server, Cocoa, went above and beyond for us! They were out of unsweet tea, but she had them brew some just for him – and she brought him a pitcher with a plate of limes. Our service was spot on… We’d go back just for the service. Cocoa was wonderful. We read the description of the gleezy dog, and it sounded very unique, so we ordered one to split. It is basically just a hotdog (I mean, it was very good, for a hotdog…but the description said something about twice-smoked brisket and gleezy sauce…maybe the dog is made of brisket? We couldn’t really tell a difference and would not have guessed that brisket was a part of the dog, and I still don’t know what gleezy sauce is. So that was a little disappointing). We also had fried pickles as an appetizer, and they were yummy. We’d definitely go back to watch a game.

Platform was a really fun sports bar, and a great place to watch a day of football! I loved the outdoor seating area, which was perfect for a beautiful fall day. The indoor aspect wasn’t quite as unique, but still served as an awesome sports bar environment. All of the staff were really nice, and that had a fine-enough selection of beers. I’d definitely recommend stopping in to Platform if you’re looking for a place to watch the day’s sporting events!

This place is amazing! This was my first outing in Charlotte and I had a blast. Yohanna was our server and she was amazing. I asked for recommendations and she was very timely bringing our food and drinks! I highly recommend them. Just try to arrive early because it does get packed so parking may be hard.

I was going thru my camera roll and saw a pic of the best lamb chops I’ve had and said I have to give them the review I owe. Went there on Oct 4th for a Miami Dolphins party thrown by the local fan club. The rooftop terrace was dope, the bartenders on point with their service and drinks. When the inside cleared out some ordered some food right quick and that’s when I met & fell in love with the best lamb chops this mouth done tasted. The cauli mash complimented it perfectly and the demi glaze was tje cherry on top that put it all together. So damn good. Also had the jalapeño cheese sticks which were fire. Just don’t have a pic of them. Been telling everybody and their mammy bout them lamb chops in Miami tho. The TV layout was dope also. Really liked this place.

It took 15 minutes to “clear a table” for seating and it was not crowded. The hostess was rude, not accommodating, and had a non logical seating chart. She refused to let us move to better seating out of her own inconvenience. She was seating smaller parties at bigger tables after we asked to sit at specific tables and we were told no. She did not know how to maximize the space. Big TVS were a plus but seating precluded your views. No draft beer; CANS only. No glass was offered for our beers. The waitress was clueless and kept forgetting to put in our orders because there is an automatic 18% gratuity added NO MATTER WHAT. We ended up leaving to find a better atmosphere for the game. Save yourself the headache and spend your money elsewhere

Parking? Grab the spots across the street, next door or in the adjacent plaza.
They offer seating even if it’s for 1 person and you can still see ALL THE TVs. ( I ended up joining a group so I got a booth)
– FOOD WAS HOT AND DELICIOUS
– Our server was really nice, attentive and fast. It was packed and she absolutely took care of us!
– Be warned, inside- front row booths have a spending threshold of $300 per ( if you’re with a group you’ll reach that easily.) You can’t just sit “anywhere” see the hostess or you can just stand at the bar, but you can eat and drink while standing the outside area is awesome too!!
*** Yeah the music is loud and it can be a younger crowd.. think Sunday Brunch.. but I liked it.***

I have been to this place before and had an ok experience. However my recent experience left a real bad taste in my mouth. I order my burger on a wrap there was no burger just toppings inside the wrap. I sent it back and eventually canceled because it took way to long to get the food. I had to flag down our waitress multiple times just to get basic service. She was then rude about it. The manager was equally rude when asked for. He made excuses for why she wasn’t doing her job. I will not be back and have no problem telling others of my issues with this business. Upper management needs to get involved here.

Asha is hands down one of the best things about this sports bar. From the moment you sit down, she brings high energy, genuine warmth, and top-tier service that makes the entire experience better.

She’s incredibly attentive without hovering, knows the menu and drink options inside and out, and somehow manages to keep everything running smoothly even when the place is slammed. Drinks come out fast, orders are always right, and she never misses a beat. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does.

Honestly, employees like Asha are the reason people come back. She elevates the vibe, keeps customers happy, and represents the bar in the best possible way. If raises are based on performance, professionalism, and customer impact, she’s more than earned one.

Give her the recognition she deserves. We’ll definitely be back and hoping she’s our server again.

The newest sports bar in Charlotte did not disappoint! Great energy especially with the live DJ during commercials. Servers could be better trained on the menu (tastings before shift), and stating their name but they were pleasant. Food was great. You can get a good meal and watch the game. That’s a win. The mixed drinks and mixed shots aren’t worth the price. Stick to “on the rocks”, and will be fine. Automatic gratuity seems to be the norm, so factor that into your costs. The walkway to the bathroom is a vibe lol. Thanks for the extra female stalls!
