I got the Iced Butterscotch Latte and Iced Americano, and I was so happy to see they have a large size option – something I’ve been looking for these days. Both drinks had a strong, well-balanced coffee(bits of acidity) flavor that I loved.

Overall, leans on expensive but the quality is very very good. I got the double matcha with oatmilk and the large was $10. If I had to complain, it’s a $10 drink. Not a robbery. Tasted amazing. Like, “27 year-old man takes a sip and goes mmm” good. I’m willing to buy it again and the barista was awesome, although her name escapes me. Great spot.

I’ve been here a few times and love the theme and overall vibe. Their coffee is solid, I’ve seen unique and seasonal flavors every time I’ve been. Their food is decent, but extra points for an all day brunch menu. From their winter drink menu, I tried the iced candy cane latte and peppermint foam cold brew. Both were great and just the right amount of flavor and sweetness.

I was in Chino for the day and needed a spot to get some work done—Platform 909 was a great find. I’m based in LA, so I wasn’t familiar with the area, but this coffee shop had the perfect vibe: relaxed but stylish, with a steady flow of people that made it feel lively without being distracting. The atmosphere was just right for working a few hours. The food was tasty, and the drinks were solid too. Definitely a cool place to hang out or get some work done if you’re in the area.

They DID have the best matcha til they changed the menu and now offer coconut water matcha crap and got rid of their actual matcha ppl wanted to drink. Too bad I’ll just find a new matcha place now. The price of trying to be cool and trendy right? Lose all your regulars??
