Delicious jerk chicken! Seriously authentic and will absolutely be coming back for this. My only recommendation would be to work on the environment and the overall vibe. The place feels empty in part because it is such an open place. It’s a hard apres experience to recommend because of the empty tables, lack of patrons, poor drink deals. All that being said, I’ll still come back for the Jerk.

The chicken is fantastic, owners are very nice people who care about their food. I just wish they would clean up a little better… Dirty dishes on all the tables and not many people in there. Only 1 guy was working and was pretty busy for being alone. Took 20+ minutes for food to come out. Again the chicken is amazing! However the portions are pretty small for the price.

Incredible Jamaican food. You can tell it’s made with love. So fresh. The fried chicken was juicy, flavorful, and crispy. The rice and beans was wildly good! The coconut curry chickpea was out of the world good too (and vegetarian). We loved it all. You have to go!

Great food and service. Much better than the restaurants at the base of the lifts. I had a delicious jerk chicken plate with 3 sides for less than the price of a burger on the mountain. Highly recommend!

If I could rate this place higher than 10/10, I absolutely would! This Jamaican gem has completely won me over with its incredible flavors, warm hospitality, and vibrant atmosphere.

The jerk chicken is simply perfection—smoky, spicy, and packed with that signature island kick. Every bite is juicy and full of bold, authentic seasoning. The curry is rich, comforting, and slow-cooked to perfection. And let’s talk about the fried chicken—crispy, golden, and unbelievably flavorful, it’s the kind of dish that keeps you coming back for more. Of course, no meal is complete without their sweet, caramelized plantains, the perfect bite of balance to all the savory goodness.

We had the pleasure of catering with them for our Christmas party, and they truly delivered beyond expectations! Every dish was a hit, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food. Their consistency, quality, and attention to detail make them stand out, whether you’re dining in or ordering for a big event.

If you’re looking for the best Jamaican food around, look no further—this place is the real deal. Can’t wait to come back for another unforgettable meal!

The food was superb! Jerk chicken and the curry was amazing. not to mention our drink poured into a fresh pineapple. i would have loved outdoor seating but they said they were working on it. No bathroom in restaurant but i think that’s temporary. i highly recommend .

Phenomenal jerk, plantains, rice and beans! One of the best meals I’ve had in CB in the past seven years I’ve been spending winters here. Authentic Jamaican flavors. Worthy of community rallying to ensure this business thrives. Loved it!

This place is a hidden gem! Walking by, I couldn’t resist checking it out since I’m a big fan of the former Avvy. The inside hasn’t changed a bit, and that’s a good thing! It’s a unique authentic Jamaican menu you’d find in a bigger city like Denver, right here in Mt. CB. Order at the counter, pay, and then sit wherever you like. They’re also opening a full bar soon, so you can grab a drink while you wait. Support a local, entrepreneurial chef and give this place a try!

Popped in before an afternoon ski, just looking for a good lunch, and we discovered what is perhaps the best Jamaican food in colorado. We are from Denver and have tried a couple spots around town, and they do not compare to this. The jerk chicken is richly spiced with the perfect lingering heat you expect, and the chicken stew was just phenomenal—so warm and comforting. We also tried the rum punch—very good.

Vibes are positive and welcoming. Staff are super nice.

We cannot wait to come back. This is our new favorite spot on the mountain. Did I mention the prices are great?

Come here!

I ordered the jerk chicken and could taste the love that was put into cooking my meal. I went back for seconds later in the day and met the chef. He was so kind; I could tell he cared a lot about the quality of his food and his guests’ overall experience.
