This downtown gem offers a 100% vegan menu that’s both creative and delicious! Despite being in the heart of the city, there’s plenty of parking available, making it super convenient. The restaurant has a cozy, shady patio that’s perfect for outdoor dining, complete with a friendly resident cat who loves to greet guests. Walking inside, you’re welcomed by a quirky and fun surprise—a giant 12-15 ft skeleton that sets the tone for a unique dining experience. The food was fantastic, and the service was quick. A must-visit spot for vegans and anyone looking for a memorable meal!

I ordered animal fries and a hot honey chicken sandwich. Animal fries were pretty good! I’m glad they made my fries extra crispy as requested. Although I can’t say the same about the chicken sandwich. The patty itself was very bland and the hot honey barely had any flavor. Extremely disappointed considering the price that I paid for the sandwich. I did have a few questions about the menu and it was pretty difficult to get the attention from the employees and they seemed unsure of how to describe a few items to me on the menu. I’ve been looking forward to trying this place out for a while since I’ve been vegan for almost 10 years but was left disappointed.

Plant Slayer offers very good, 100% vegan food. I definitely wouldn’t call it healthy, but that is not what it is meant to be. It is good, old-fashioned junk food in full vegan form. It is an unexpectedly cute place tucked inside a seemingly mundane building, right next to Raw Fresno. I had a barbecued Burger, my kiddo had a plain cheeseburger, both with fries. We also had ice cream with caramel and chocolate syrup. It was all really good.

Plant Slayer is a hidden gem for anyone looking for delicious vegan comfort food! I tried the cold cut combo and fries, and both were absolutely amazing. The cold cut combo was packed with flavor, and the fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned. The ranch chicken sandwich was a standout—crunchy, tasty, and full of that satisfying flavor you crave.
What makes Plant Slayer even better is their attention to detail; they offer vegan treats and water for dogs, making it a perfect spot for pet owners. Highly recommend this place for a comforting, plant-based meal that hits all the right notes!

The Campfire Burger is probably the best burger I’ve ever had, and the BBQ Fried Chicken Sandwich was amazing. They also both came with fries, yippee! Super cool vegan comfort food place to check out.

I have had Plant Slayer a handful of times and every time was DELICIOUS! Tonight I got to visit their brick and mortar for the first time, it’s in a really cute little indoor area, there are other restaurants including Raw Fresno within this space. Their patio is really cute, has about 5 or so tables, there is an indoor area to sit as well, it’s a decent sized space. Their menu seemed about the same as when they just had their truck. Food was AMAZING! They give you the choice between Beyond and Impossible burger patties, which is nice. I got their Campfire Burger for the 2nd time, it reminds me of the Western Bacon Burger from Carls Jr., which I haven’t had in years since giving up meat. It has onion rings, thousand island sauce, bacon, lettuce , cheese, pickles. Soo good. Their Mac burger is also one of my faves, it’s similar to a Bug Mac. The price is so reasonable for vegan food and honestly for a burger in general, around $15/$17 for a burger and fries, I feel that’s average even at traditional burger places. Definitely be back, their customer service is also great, very kind. You order at the counter and they bring your food out to you, if you haven’t tried them yet, do it now!!

Plant Slayer is my go-to spot for delicious comfort food! Besides being 100% plant-based (thank you), the food is phenomenal and so satisfying. You won’t regret stopping here and devouring any of their menu items. I really like that breakfast is served all day and I love their new deli sandwich! Thank you for providing delicious, cruelty-free food here in Fresno!
