I was shocked in a good way when my favorite vegan restaurant, Bombay, was launching an Italian ghost kitchen. My wife and I have tried a few different dishes off the menu and everything was fantastic. It is crazy to be able to get vegan Italian food this good in the area. Highly recommend!!

We tried a little bit of everything and all of it was amazing!! Nice to have a dedicated vegan Italian place to go to now so I don’t have to get the same red sauce and penne everywhere else. Highly recommend the cheesy focaccia! Hopefully one day they’ll be able to get their own brick and mortar!

Ordered the Shrimp Pasta, Ravioli and the Cheesy garlic bread. Thank goodness I ordered the bread. It was the best tasting item. Shrimp feels like lobs of rubber and they put so much oil in the pasta dish. The ravioli have no flavor at all and the marina that comes with it is just as flavorless. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This is not worth it.

Food was immaculate. Almost equivalent to Tarantino’s Vegan in Las Vegas! Wasn’t expecting that. My ONLY complaint was that the garlic shrimp spaghetti could’ve used a TAD bit more salt but I just used my homemade vegan cashew parm. Easy fix. Nothing that can’t be fixed. Other than that I have nothing bad to say. If you want clean, comfort food at no cost to your health. RUN DONT walk! 10/10
