This Plant-based Vegan Vietnamese is actually the brick-and-mortar restaurant “Big Bite” operating virtually to bring plant-based food to people’s home. You won’t find the plant-base restaurant by physical location, but in the same building complex, you’ll find it as a restaurant called Big Bite, which also serves meat-based food. It’s a way for them to differentiate and target the two markets, but BE AWARE for vegans: It’s reported that the restaurant cooks “vegan” food in the same pot, grill area, and oil that are used for preparing meat products. If you’re an ethical vegan, then this place is not for you; if you’re simply plant-based choosing to consume less (or no) meat and don’t mind a conventionally shared kitchen, then the food is worth a try for its broad and authentic flavors.

I got the grilled-tofu banh mi sandwich. It comes with cucumbers, vegetable pickles, and vegan aioli sauce. I am not vegan myself, but I found this quite tasty. I believe the tofu is marinated, then grilled until it is crispy on the outside. Very good!

this place is truly amazing, when I went vegan 3 years ago – I never thought I would taste true Pho again but this place really has that meat taste without any animal products! Truly nice owners and employees as well

Amazing flavor and taste. I was looking for a vegan Vietnamese spot and this is it! I ordered the soy beef pho and it was very tasty. I ordered through their site and it was super easy to pick up. Can’t wait to try their soy chicken pho and grilled tofu.

This is not a “restaurant”, it’s more of a take-out/fast food place. But the food is pretty decent. The vegan spicy beef ball noodle soup was pretty good.

This restaurant is NOT vegan. They serve meat and fish. They have a separate vegan menu that only takes orders online but they cook it in the same pans and dirty oil that they fry their animal products in.

It is NOT a vegan restaurant and they do not make any effort to cook the food properly.
