There is a limited entry until February 12th 2026 when it will be open to the public. The Cask Club is interesting and will review it another time. We had the Lamb Shank and the Halibut. Both were excellently prepared and our server, Todd was great. Death by Chocolate and the Cremboule deserts were sinfully good. We had a Riesling wine from Melrose Vineyards near Roseburg. We will be heading there to get a case of it very soon. Never experienced the old restaurant but from the old reviews pictures I can tell you its a lot better, huge improvement. We also sampled the Clam Chowder and its very good, a close second to the Clam Chowder at the Geoduck Tavern. The prices are on the high side but considering what we’ve paid elsewhere for less quality it’s worth the money. If this place can keep up the quality we experienced this will be a very popular option for fine dining.

Took wife for $200 valentines special. Went two hours before hand to specifically ask for a window seat and they guaranteed it. Arrived at appointment with wife and they said they had booked all window seats. I was pissed but wife calmed me down. We ordered valentines special. Initial Ousters were great. Second course salad was normal.. nothing special. Main Entry was disappointing. Crab meat wrapped in pasta needed flavor and pasta was definitely too thick and chewy. My wife ordered medium well steak and it was basically raw. They did recognized their mistakes and cut the bill in half. Another thing that was weird was all the waiters walking around looking for empty plates.. I used to work at a prison and that is what it felt like.. we were being watched all the time. There needs to be more privacy. Also our waiter was constantly coming to our table to see how things were going. There is a point when it becomes annoying and he definitely crossed it. The restaurant itself is beautiful and Im willing to give them another chance but they need improvement.

First of all, this place is a complete 180 turn from the old restaurant.
The atmosphere was incredible, and the food was beyond what I was expecting!
The service was on point, not overbearing. You can tell that a lot of time and care went into proper training of the staff.
Coos Bay has been in need of something like this for a very long time, and y’all have exceeded all expectations!

My wife ordered a cocktail just to have the bartender refuse to make it, not really sure why, so she ordered the vodka flight and a 7 up and mixed her own at the table SMH. My drink was ok at best, I got the margarita. Our table was crammed in with tables on all sides with people sitting really close on almost all sides, we did make reservations. My wife ordered risotto and I tried a bite…there was no flavor and was undercooked. I ordered shrimp linguine, it was good and the shrimp were cooked perfect, but I have been in the bathroom all day as a result. Our service staff did ok but nothing special, tipped 25% of the bill anyway. Was pretty pricey, all in all will not go back and won’t be recommending to any of our friends.

We were one of the first ones in for their reopening, food and drinks were phenomenal! Absolute best calamari sandwich I’ve ever tasted, everything made from scratch. The lavender lemon drop is dangerously good. It’s refreshing to have a classy dining experience where every detail is taken into consideration. I’ve lived in multiple states and oversees and this place made a great impression and is a new favorite.

This place is not worth the money. The food was not very flavorful. The crab cakes were expensive for only receiving two plus the arugula salad garnish with them was way too salty. The Caesar side salad was bland, with just an essence of Caesar dressing. The huckleberry salmon had no flavor at all in the sauce. All I could taste was the salmon. The halibut was rubbery and the Parmesan crust on it was just a melted flake of Parmesan cheese layed on top of it, not a breading or crust really. I only got two little fingerling potatoes in my side. Overall, I will not come back and won’t recommend this place. Either they need to reduce their prices or improve their food. Service was good, though. Decor was bland and outdated.

The service was fabulous from ” Junior”. However…the hamburger was the worst burger I have ever had. No flavor at all. I paid $25 for it & barely could eat half. Really, really terrible.

We went to the new restaurant today and it was absolutely stunning. The food was great and the staff was wonderful. A much needed upscale establishment for the area. We will definitely be back!

Had a new waitstaff in training. GF chicken caesar salad was served undressed sent back to be tossed with dressing. I finished my dinner when GF salad returned. Manager was very professional and understanding.

Small restaurant.. lots of staff. Slow service. Bf ordered bowl of chowder. Chowder was okay.. I ordered a chicken ceaser salad. Came out with No dressing. Asked for it to be dressed. After 10 min. I had to ask for the manager to see were my salad was. One of the other girls ran off to see if it was ready… 3 min later. And after my BF had finished his meal my salad arrived.. via manager.. who was really apologetic. He did say that, he would take care of it. (Meaning taking it off the bill) Our server was obviously New..
