We used to love this place but every single time we order they mess it up. We didn’t order for almost a year and thought we’d give them another try but they messed up our order even more this time. I love the tempeh parmesan but since they don’t offer it on the doordash menu, I ordered the chicken parmesan but said no chicken, sub tempeh, extra parm and add mushrooms. What arrived was a sandwich with just chicken and red sauce. No tempeh or parmesan or mushrooms and becuase of an allergy, it was inedible. I called to give feedback to the manager but no manager was there on duty. Thankfully doordash refunded us but we will not be ordering from this location again. The irony is that is says the correct order on the receipt stapled to the bag but they still got it completely wrong. They just never even bothered to read the whole order.

Planet Sub and Yellow Sub is my favorite sub place and something I treat my kids to when they earn a reward. But today the our wrap was lacking any lettuce and the bread was doughy and under baked.

When I walked in I asked, what makes you better then any other sub shop the guy told me “fresh ingredients and every sub comes hot” Well I was wanting Tuna. Warm? Hmmm I thought ok. After ordering and getting my chips out came my hot Tuna sub. After placing my sub down he was nice enough to say if you don’t like it warm. I can make another at room temp. Now that’s good customer service. I enjoyed it and I really enjoyed my lunch break and will definitely return to try other hot fresh subs.

The family had subs today. First time here and we got the Big Dipper, Meatball, Reuben, California Crab, and the Ham and Swiss. The wife said the meat ball was light on sauce but good. The youngest one could not eat the whole Ham and Swiss. The two oldest enjoyed their subs. I had the Big Dipper. It was good and the aju sauce was not overly strong. I only got one pic of the subs because everyone else dug in right away.

I LOVE planet sub and usually my experience there is great. But today it just wasn’t, (i get being busy and having tons of customers) but today was not cool. First of all they got my order COMPLETELY wrong, I asked for vinegar on my sandwich, They gave me a cup of salad dressing?? I also asked for black olives and there was absolutely NONE in sight or on the sandwich. And last when the kid called out my name i had to walk up to him myself and clarify because he wasn’t speaking loud what so ever, the most neutral tone i’ve heard.
Please fix this. I love Planet sub but i hate paying almost 20 dollars by myself for my meal to be wrong.

I’ve been to this location several times and have always received fast, friendly service with delicious food and a clean environment. There are usually plenty of tables and ample parking, even at busy times. No rocket ship needed to head to this planet!

I enjoy The Planet Sub sandwich with chips and a drink. I prefer eating in the restaurant as the sub is toasted and tastes best fresh from the kitchen.
However, I’ve gotta knock the service and overall score down a bit. The staff is always friendly, but if you modify your order at all, make sure you check before eating. Too many mistakes coming from the kitchen recently even though my receipt shows the correct order. It’s frustrating having to send an order back.
