Bread was cold, soggy, and flavorless. Turkey was gross, but it was covered in a haystack of lettuce, making it more of a salad than a sandwich. Cookie was flat and tasted like it hadn’t been cooked. Somehow it was greasy. Abysmally bad meal — it’s not that hard to do better.

People are always friendly. My favorite sandwich is the Dagwood has been since I lived in KC. The horse radish sauce is what makes it. However the last few times I’ve been in it seems like someone forgot to add the horse radish to the mayo. Mayo makes the sandwich a little off putting. Fix it please it’s supposed to have a “kick” when you taste it.

This is the 2nd time in a row that the quality of the food was sub-par. Plus, our order was not what we ordered as far as what we requested. And the bread appeared to be stale and reheated. It is a shame that our food from here has been so disappointing, we will be going elsewhere from now on.

My fiancée has celiac and finding restaurants with gluten free options that also use proper procedures to avoid cross contamination is difficult, but we decided to give Planet Sub a try.
I am so happy to say that she didn’t have a reaction to the gluten free sandwich she ordered. They cooked her sub separately, brought it out separately, and their customer service was awesome.
Finally a restaurant that boasts gluten free options and can back that guarantee!
Edit: I should also say that gluten free bread is usually not very palatable and has weird texture, but her sandwich was delicious and the bread was amazing!

Great place in Maryville for subs, sandwiches or rollups. Always served fast and fresh from a couteous and attentive staff. You can also get a beer or two as well (unlike most Planet Subs). The inside is modern, with exposed rafters, great furniture and modern lighting. Then inside is spacious with free WiFi. Possibly the best Planet Sub that I have visited. This professor gives it an A+.

Ordered 2 whole sandwich’s got half’s instead buffalo chicken was ICE cold with little sauce mostly lettuce also got bbq and was ICE cold with barely any sauce again! Never had this kind of service here! Very disappointing!
