Stopped in because my wife never tried planet sub. So we walk in..
6pm and dead. One guy waiting and one guy sleeping.
I didn’t know what to order so he suggested the chicken experience.
Yeah I didn’t care for it. Not sure why, just something about it . Can’t say what.
They forgot my pickle I ordered. That’s ok. I was eating inside.
Weird they don’t at least cut the whole pickle in half. I mean I don’t mind but quarters would be great. At least in half would be perfect. But maybe too much work.
Potato soup was thick but again.
Wasn’t in the mood for it I guess.
Wife liked what she got. We don’t live close so probably won’t ever come back.

I liked it. The kid was nice. His parents own the place and he drives a Tesla. That’s a nice story but my sandwich was great.

I walked through the front door and got amazing service from the lady behind the counter.
She was patient and very nice!
After we ordered we got to the table and didn’t have to wait very long at all!
Maybe 5 minutes.
The food came out nice and toasted, it was wrapped in foil after being taken out of the toaster oven.
Which means the food was properly hot and could stay hot if you ordered too.

It’s a confusing sub shop. I started with the turkey sub and asked where the add-ons are listed and the cashier said I would have to look at the menu board and read each sandwich and figure it out for myself (she was very nice about it, not her fault) so I did just that. However, there is no price tag for the additional ingredients so you have no idea how much your sub is going to cost. Weird. $11 and change for a 6 inch sub with no side or drink. Bread was fresh despite it being 30 minutes before close.

I did a pick up order so I’m not sure how service is when you eat there but the service I got was over the top. I ordered over the phone and they answered all my questions and were patient with me when I wasn’t sure. Even when I called them three different times to change it due to having people add to the order. It is like they have posted they are fresh and handmade for each order as long as you call or order ahead you can expect them to be quick when you come to pick it up. It’s been a long time since I have been to a planet sub and I forgot how good there sandwiches are. They also can make any of there sandwiches into a lettuce wrap. I need to pay attention to there daily specials and go by for one there deals.

Planet Sub has a chipotle chicken wrap that I crave now and then. It never disappoints. Spicy and flavorful, stuffed with lots of meat, and served up nice and hot. The service is always friendly. Love this place!
