First: The young guy at the register said he couldn’t take my $100 bill, even though my order came up to $36. I had to walk to nearby CVS to but something for $2 to get change. When I got back I re ordered my food, it took forever to get my order. Next: I used to LOVE the subs there. They were unique & delicious. They are still unique, but the flavor just wasn’t there for me. I don’t know the exact reason, but they were just…blah. I’m not sure if it’s just a store thing cuz this was my 1st time eating from that particular store. But I won’t be going back there. Hope that helps guys!

Great tasting food, decently friendly service.
This location was dead on a Saturday and we could see why. The location is filthy. It looked like nothing was clean.
The worst part was at the drink station. There was a ton of mold and dust underneath it. We could smell it through our masks and we couldn’t take off our masks because the smell makes you want to throw up and you could smell it throughout the building. We decided not to eat inside.
Looks to be going out of business Very sad because of the great food.

I had been driving since 4 a.m. and initially I rolled into this area to get a green juice drink from Nektar, but I knew I needed to eat something more substantial as well. I was thrilled to see a Planet Sub because I hadn’t eaten there since I left AZ 2+ years ago.
I was greeted by a friendly employee and ordered a half Beefeater, then saw they had loaded potato soup on the menu. Now, it’s way too hot for a thick cream-based soup, but you know I got it anyway. It was delicious and so was my sandwich. Perfect all around. Then I walked off about 15 of those calories & got my juice drink for dessert. Triple yum.

Stopped in to lunch with a friend and all looked the same, but I usually am just picking up and order. Today we we ate inside and I realized what a mistake that was. People were pleasant, service was average but the whole restaurant was absolutely filthy! The napkin dispenser looked like it has never been cleaned, in particular the bottom where the clean napkins come out no longer clean. Under the drink dispenser was dust so thick I am sure it doesn’t get a regular cleaning, as well as a rack they use for pick up orders. I can only imagine what we can’t see in the kitchen. Wish I would have gotten photos. I will never eat here again!

We love Plant Sub but this one that we choose was not great at all. We were the only ones there when we went in on a Sunday and the order took a long time after we placed it ourselves on the kiosk.
Only for our order of 4 sandwiches coming out and then 2 of them being wrong. The soda was flat and the ice machine was leaking. Our remake sandwiches took awhile again to make and then came out burnt. Disappointing and we do not plan on visiting here again.

Their Subs are delicious, and staff are kind and friendly. The price is good.
They don’t seem to use dedicated tools for each type of sandwich. I found some other meat (likely chicken) in my Tuna Sandwich the other day. This might be a nightmare for some people, me included.
