This location is easily seen from the road. I didn’t have to wait to place my order. The guy working there was friendly and made some suggestions. He wasn’t pushy and let me take my time to decide. I finally went with the mountain man crunch with blueberries added. The medium is 32oz, so more than enough for me. It was delicious! I also got a vegan cookie. It tastes better than the “regular” cookies. I will definitely go back!

Tracey went to a lot of trouble to create a diabetic friendly smoothie for me. Mango, peaches, raspberries, blueberries and spinach with plant based protein. It is delicious. I would highly recommend you try this.

Needed a quick fix for the stomach growls in between doctor appointments. Was able to pop in and out real quick and get a yummy smoothie. Got a chocolate smoothie because who doesn’t love chocolate? I noticed while they were making my smoothie that they have some immune boosting options that have vitamin C and vitamin D. This is a great option while all this virus stuff is going on. Interior is clean and bright. Wish hey had a drive through. Don’t be fooled by the window on the side that looks like a drive through window.

All the people at Planet Smoothie Alabaster really are what keep me coming back. The menu is just a bonus. They have my order said to me before I even speak. If you go in there, try the Chocolate Elvis with a a scoop of meal replacement powder. I am very grateful that we have them close by in Alabaster! Highly Recommend!

Just watched 2 employees working with a rush of customers and only 1 employee doing it all. The Thompson dance team sweatshirt girl needs to work on her customer service also. She was rude and I tipped praying my tip doesn’t go to her. As a business owner myself I would be embarrassed and disappointed if my staff acted like that. Never tell a pregnant lady here you go and act like it’s a burden you had to get a drink carrier.

Got the All Shook Up smoothie. It was flavorless and just not good at all. The cashier was uninviting is the best way I can explain it. When I reached my hand out to get my smoothie from the cashier, instead of putting it in my hand, she purposely sat it on the counter. Her action is a sign of disrespect and racism. I felt that my business was not wanted. I will not be coming back here.

Not a fan of this Planet Smoothie! Visited for the 1st time and the smoothie was bitter. I mentioned to the 2 employees working that the smoothie was bitter and not good, as I’ve had the same smoothie at a different location before. Neither employee was interested in my satisfaction. They advised me to request sweetener next time I come. It won’t be a next time. Good customer service would have been for them to remake the smoothie since I expressed that I didn’t like it at the first taste, so that I would want to return. Poor customer service and nasty bitter smoothie! No thanks! I will stick to Smoothie King!
