I’m so glad my gym is near a smoothie spot!! Apparently, they’re hard to come by in Orlando, so I wish more places pop up. I really like Planet Smoothie’s rewards system and I plan to visit more often. I went in yesterday for national smoothie day, where they were giving 20oz Lunar Lemonades, and the team member was so pleasant and fast. He asked me how my day was going and genuinely cared! Served up my smoothie with a smile. Great experience and delicious options

Please read all the way through! This location recently reopened after being closed for some time. I had an issue here this week where I placed an online order, but when I arrived to pick it up, the store was not open, even though it was within operating hours. I called to follow up that afternoon and received a call back from the Manager, Gil. Not only was he very apologetic, but he credited my account and remade my smoothies for me whenever I wanted. After I picked up my remade smoothies, the following morning, he called again to follow up with me to make sure everything went well with my order. He was polite, professional, and attentive. He made no excuses and just wanted to make it right. When I went into the store to pick up my smoothies, everything was clean and I was impressed how interactive the young person was behind the counter at 7:15 AM! Haha!And of course, the smoothies were great. Good job.

The service here is amazing!!! I have an extreme gluten intolerance and the staff was super helpful and accommodating. She went out of her way for new products, washed her hands, and overall went the extra mile to help reduce contamination. 5 stars!

I stopped by this location today (4/14/2025) around 12:20PM. The store was open/unlocked and there was no employee inside. The place was left abandoned. I shouted twice in case the employee was in the back, no answer. I waited roughly 5-7 minutes before walking out. As I sat in my vehicle waiting to leave, I saw the Planet Smoothie employee in his polo shirt finally enter the store from the front door. He was walking from the area of Abbott’s Frozen Custard. Perhaps a “be back soon” or locking the store would be the way to go if he had to leave for several minutes??? Amazing. Great way to run a business.
