The place was packed and the young man working there was absolutely crushing it. Flying through orders and making delicious smoothies. He was kind and working his tail off. I haven’t seen someone work that hard in a long time. Way to go Planet Smoothie for finding such a great hire!

Meh. Pineapple•tropi•kale was extremely bitter, chocolate chimp tasted like straight protein powder, strawberry colada is just like you’d expect, sweet not very fruity. There’s an entrance on both sides of the building so if you don’t have immediate parking check the other side. 1 table for 4, the rest are 2 top. Small selection of protein cookies, jerky and chips. Behind the counter was clean but I was a bit irritated with a group of teens b/c 1 of them wasn’t wearing shoes in the store. The 2nd girls working were busy and didn’t notice

For years I’ve come to this location and my smoothies never taste as they should. Today I ordered protein, banana, pb, vanilla, oats. It taste like straight water and ice with protein. It’s usually a more caramel color and not white. Winter Garden Village PS is the jam. Please step up your game. No one wants to be the jerk who has to ask for it to be made over.

If I could give you guys for customer service a 0 I would be glad to do it. I came in there like a week ago to get me and my boyfriend a smoothie and they messed up his smoothie I asked “I would like a Mr mongo no strawberry’s and extra banana and when the lady (who I found out to be the manager later on) made my smoothie made it wrong. I was already at my house when my boyfriend told me it was wrong and so I called and the little miss manger who gave me attitude from the start and told me that I can ether bring it in or not and she cant help me out” and I told her I’m not gonna be driving all the way out there for a smoothie when you she messed it up. So yesterday I went back in to ask her if she can get me a refund on that one smoothie and she’s like do you have a receipt knowingly she never gave me a receipt ♀️ so I said no I don’t . And she’s like well you need a receipt to get your money back, she made me another one (which I didn’t want that I just wanted my money back). The point of this story is whoever the owner is need to get this “girl manger” a reality check or get her fired cause I Always go to you guys for the best smoothies but now I might just go to tropical smoothie instead. Shame

I can clearly tell that the owners of this store does not care about their employees. Leave them alone every night by themselves with a bunch of irritated customers constantly waiting. Hire more help!

The food is fine it’s the managment. Don’t have one person at the front . It doesn’t flow well. Especially if they’re new and learning . I’ve been here for 30 minutes with 1 person in front of me . And two mobile orders in between . Figure out the schedule please. I don’t write reviews but I had time to since I’ve been waiting .

Was in the mood for a smoothie and glad I stopped in! Was a little hestitant about the price of $8.99 for a medium, fortunately I’d say worth it. I got the PBJ (strawberry, banana and peanut butter) and the blend of flavors was spot on. The size was very satisfying, 32oz for a medium, really felt like drinking a full meal. Already want to go back for another!

I wanted a little something sweet that wasn’t cake or ice cream sand opted for a well balanced smoothie. Well I gave the Captian Kid a go and well- let’s just say- im a Planeteer (80s kid will get it) now because so freaking good!
The young human behind the counter was so pleasant and welcoming as I pondered the menu for a moment. I appreciated the personal suggestion and patience as I did not feel rushed at all even though there were two people in line behind me.
