I’ve had the most amazing experience here. The owner greeted me with the warmest smile and welcomed me in with “Hi, my friend! How was your thanksgiving?” 🙂 This brought me a lot of comfort right away I felt like family and not JUST another customer. He not only got to know me but educated me on what makes a smoothie great. I was expecting to run in grab my smoothie and get out but instead I ended up taking a seat. I sat for a good 40min and enjoyed my smoothie in comfort I felt right at home here. Ive not only found my favorite smoothie spot but Ive met a life long friend that I know has my best interest when it comes to staying healthy. 10/10 recommend !

I placed an online order for pickup on Sat November 23. But when I went to the location to pickup my order, the location was closed and no one was working.
I’m extremely upset because I paid for smoothies I never recieved because my order was unfulfilled. I don’t even know how to get a refund because the website says to contact the location. But how can that be accomplished if the location is CLOSED!!!!
I’ve never experienced this before and I’m at a loss for words.
****Update: It has been two weeks of reaching out multiple times to be continously told someone would contact me and I have yet to be contacted. This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had when it comes to customer service. Why do I have to reach out to get this rectified when this business is the one who dropped the ball. I’m just going to dispute the charge with my bank since this business refuses to fix their mistake.

This smoothies are delicious ! I come here all the time now since they open this convenient location downtown, and the quality is amazing. The customer service is 10/10. The owner is usually there and VERY outgoing and accommodating. Definitely recommend. Place is very clean too.
