This place is a cold stone and Planet smoothie in one store which I love!
I visited this store on April 25, 2025 for a medium mountain man crunch from Planet Smoothie (my current favorite smoothie).
I was a little disappointed after receiving my order..
my smoothie came in a cold stone cup (which isn’t a problem but it does not look like the size I paid for and what I normally receive). The smoothie itself tasted good and had flakes of oats on top which was new to me but I liked it. I wasn’t happy about the size. The picture in my review is what I received and was taken immediately when we got to our car.
If I hadn’t been in a rush that day, I would’ve gone back in to ask for the right size cup.

I use the app to preorder my smoothie, I always wait until 5-10 mins after the assigned pick up time. The past two times my smoothie was not ready. I cannot keep going there if they can’t get the order ready on time. The app should let you know when your order is actually made. Is frustrating driving all the way there to have to wait.

Tonight was My first time here and was surprised I was greeted walking in. The girls were enthusiastic and helping a line of people ordering ice cream. They worked fast and efficiently to get the line moving but interacted with the customers. It’s hard to come by places nowadays that have good customer service, it was a clean environment, as I was in line I noticed one employee coming out of the bathroom with cleaning supplies. When it was my turn to order I was indecisive because their smoothie section was extensive but BRIELLE was AMAZING ! Her patience with me was great and had awesome suggestions as to what I could modify on certain smoothies I was interested in. I loved her kindness and customer service to get me what I had a taste for. The added granola for crunch was a plus ! She nails it with the recommendations. I’ll be coming back.

The first time I came here my experience was 0 stars. The staff member was so confused by an almond milk substitution and my request for no ice. Second time, Jay saved my day and made two amazing smoothies. Both with plant based protein! Hip hip horray for great service (finally)!

Three days in a row I order a Mangolada on Uber and you know it’s not cheap, all three times I get a mango drink and missing the Tahini which is the main reason that makes that drink, again if u r out or don’t have then don’t sell, I still pay the same price for it right? Frustrating

My dad usually goes here and went there last night and stood in line for a while. Few other people started walking in and getting in line on the other side. Mind you he waited there for over 10 minutes while the girl there was helping others. No one said anything to him and she started helping the people that walked in way after he did. So when he asked her she replied “we switched the start of the line to the other side a few days ago” and continued to help the people that walked in after him. How are you going to let someone stand there for some long and not say anything?? What kind of customer service do you practice? He walked out after this because they wanted him to get in line again… So disappointed.
