We met an employee named Maddie, who was passing out free samples of smoothies outside the store. She was very friendly knowledgeable and convinced us that we should go inside and try one. She even offered us a discount! Maddie and Cheyanne we’re both so delightful and we really enjoyed drinking our smoothies. We are now going to be regular customers at planet smoothie!

I didn’t know this place existed and discovered it driving home from the gym so I stopped in. I’m not sure the girls name who was working on Thur 2/5 in the early afternoon but she was extremely kind and helpful. She volunteered to go over the menu with me and gave me a couple samples before I made a decision. I never ask for stuff like that, so it was so nice to be offered it and getting her honest opinion on things. Its a breath of fresh air to encounter someone so nice, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be back the smoothie was fantastic.

I really appreciated the service from Laura. She was very kind and guided me through the entire process. They picked the perfect açaí bowl for me. It had peanut butter, Nutella, fresh strawberries , bananas, and blueberries with a generous portion of açaí. I really liked how kind they were. Thank you guys!! The bowl was really good

Service was bad. Smoothie was not good, had to throw it away. I don’t care for a refund or to be bribed, however I am a loyal customer and I always come here for a Big Bang…I’m always welcomed in immediately but that was not the case today, the girl was not attentive to me at all she just stood there without asking me anything. It took her too long to finish ONE smoothie! It would be understandable if it was busy in there but it was only I in the store and I’d assume if it took her that long it would have tasted how it usually does but instead it tasted like ice water. Very disappointed.

This was my first time at a Planet Smoothie, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I experienced friendly customer service and fast and efficient order processing. I enjoyed the flavor of my smoothie, the Lean Green Extreme, however I have never tasted pea protein up until this point. I thought the flavor of the protein was a bit of putting and it gave the drink a slightly chalky texture. Next time I would substitute or remove it altogether and I think it would be great because the flavor combination of the fruits and fresh flavor of the drink was very appealing.
