I’ve been coming to Planet Smoothie on Howell Branch Road for a while now, and the service has always been top-notch—friendly smiles, warm greetings, and an overall welcoming vibe. But I wanted to take a moment to highlight one employee in particular: Gwyneth.
Every time I’ve visited, she’s been an absolute delight—always bringing a bright smile and a genuinely kind spirit. It’s clear that she enjoys what she does, and that energy makes a difference. Planet Smoothie has a great employee on their hands, and I hope they recognize the value she brings to the team.
Aside from the excellent service, the smoothies, smoothie bowls, protein bars, cookies, and snacks are healthy, and reasonably priced. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by. You won’t be disappointed!

Inquired about non-dairy smoothie options with the workers and though the oat milk was discontinued, you can get almond milk for your smoothies. They were very friendly and patient with my questions! got a Leapin’ Lizard and a Muscle Up Buttercup with some modifications.

I TRIED to go and get smoothies for my coworkers on the way to work I had my small dog with me it’s Florida I can’t leave him in the car or leave the car running because there was no parking in front. I stepped inside the blonde young girl told me he can’t be in here I told her I’m ordering and I’ll wait outside I’m going to order and leave she said you can’t do that you need to find somewhere for your dog to go. She saw another customer walk inside and changed her attitude and said I’m so sorry for safety we can’t have your dog in the building I asked her so your saying I can’t order food she said well. I mean no. Management needs to help this employee there are no signs on the door that say no animals I just wanted to order and leave. Sorry they just lost a $200 order due to the employee the Starbucks in front of them got the business and gave me a pup cup

Planet Smoothie is the only place I get smoothies from , I will say this though, this is the only location that has been so constant with their flavors. I cannot remember last time an employee from this location did not make me the best tasting smoothie.

Update, I went yesterday and they were finally back open. The owner was working the store and explained why it took so long to reopen and gave us a nice discount for continuing to come. The smoothie was great and so was the service!

There’s a guy here with medium long brown hair that works in the mornings, some times I see him at Oviedo too, excellent customer service. Always a smile on his face and asking how your day is going, he always has good vibes about him. As a manager myself, I feel it’s people like him who add a little magic to the business and that keep me coming back.
That being said the whole staff here are always friendly, welcoming, and pleasant to chat with while getting a smoothie. Sometimes I order online since I’m in a rush and I’ve never had to wait, made right on time. Super clean, super quick and healthier that that frappe you know you were considering earlier Thanks for being a good stop in the morning to help get my days started

Love Planet Smoothie and nearly all of their drink selections! Wide variety of fruit & plant based smoothies in every combination imaginable and with or without a variety of supplements (i.e., energy, immune system boosts, protein blasts, meal replacement, etc.). In addition, they offer a selection of chips, snack bars and packaged cookies for those looking for something to get their teeth (or dentures?) into. Selections aren’t cheap–a large, 44oz smoothie will set you back about $10, but they are filling, very tasty, and perfectly refreshing on a hot Florida afternoon. Parking is limited, but there is a handicapped spot directly in front of the store, and the staff have always been polite, friendly and helpful.

Love the smoothie’s here! The staff behind the counter are not the politest which is why I rated a 3/5. I’ve only ordered three times from this location, but each time that I have gone there has been a different person working. Each seemed unhappy that I was ordering a smoothie and we’re a bit abrasive in their mannerisms.
