The honey is crystallized and I hate it like that? The presentation was terrible. I asked them before they even made it if they can put honey on the bottom and top. I paid extra, I also paid for coconut and they sprinkled it. I even heard the woman tell the young boy the way he cut the bananas and put them in didn’t look right. I was really looking forward to this bowl after spending pretty much $14 I don’t even want it no more. Btw the granola tastes old. Im sticking to the one in Fairburn. It’s way better.

Customer service sucks. You’re lucky if they greet you when you enter. I like the smoothies but I came in for a smoothie, the customer there wasn’t ready so she let me go ahead. Two girls behind the counter. Neither asks me what I’d like if I’m ready. One of them just is moving back and forth doing whatever and the other goes and stands by the register and PULLS OUT HER PHONE. Like do yall not see me here? Rude as hell. I try to be patient with food service/customer service employees but that was crazy. I don’t like to just walk up to service workers and start telling them what I want until prompted because they may not be ready but that was just annoying. No tip.

So I was trying to switch up and try something different in a little bit healthy, I decide to try Planet Smoothie and I’m very happy that I did. The customer service was on point, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Even when there’s maybe 5 to 8 people in line you still won’t have to wait long to get what you ordered. Overall it was a great experience and I’ve went a second time which was today and I’ll probably be going back tomorrow as well to finish out the week. I say check them out and give him a chance they have many healthy options that you can add to your smoothie if you’re trying to lose weight if you’re trying to get a boost of energy, they even have chia seeds which is my favorite source of Omega-3.

Employees don’t pay attention to the drinks they are making. The dude blended all the liquids together with no ice then offered me a medium after her add a scoop of ice and reblended it. Needless to say it was watery. I’m annoyed and to make matters worse they have a 73 C food rating. I see why. Definitely won’t be coming back here in the future. Waste of $8

This place is getting worse by the minute. I don’t know who the owner is but since I started coming here a few years back the quality of the smoothies and the customer service is going down… and going down fast. I sometimes skip this planet smoothie and will drive up north to Kennesaw just to get a good smoothie. I typically order the Amazon kick, and it’s never the same. Either too watery, too chunky, don’t taste well. And the customer service, wow, I walk in today and all three of the employees are sitting down. They didn’t stand up to assist me except the person who had to blend my smoothie. This place needs better management, better ingredients and better smoothie blending instructions, because clearly I am NOT the only one getting smoothies that are half blended, poor customer service or a watered down smoothie. It’s miserable coming here and honestly I believe I’ll save myself and go elsewhere to spend my money. This place has become trash .

Walked in to place an order Saturday at 12:30pm. Only to 4 walk in order & 3 online (orders behind get there order before me). So at 1:10pm. My order is still not ready. So are after built up frustration at 1:15pm, I cancelled my order. U would think with me waiting so long. Good customer service would have gave me the smoothie free, since i waited so long. Instead the refund my funds, (but tried to keep my tip).
This location has went down so far, since the original owners sold it. I will never ever return here. I’m taking my business to Smoothie around the corner.

I just knew I was going to have a smoothie for breakfast. What a huge disappointment. It’s 8:20am and the sign clearly says 8am-9pm Monday through Friday. It’s Wednesday and they have not opened. I am so frustrated. There is no consistency at this location. I used to love coming here but things like this deters me. Don’t get me started on the staff, very unprofessional. You have one or two that are okay but overall, it’s a bad look.

I wanted to make this review after going to Smoothie King, I tried this place first because my family wanted to but I got their smoothie bowl and my mom got a strawberry banana smoothie. The bowl is very large and overall it is very tasty and I liked it, but the actual base is very much smaller than it appears and there is more fruit and other toppings more than the base itself. So if you’re a smoothie bowl fan who loves a lot of base, this place (Planet Smoothie) compared to Smoothie King uses way much more toppings than base, while Smoothie King uses a lot more acai base than toppings. Also, it did melt a lot on the way home and we got this when it was dark/ night time and I don’t know how they store or freeze their ingredients but it melted pretty quickly. The smoothie was pretty good, it wasn’t bad at all.
The cashier sounded a bit confused too when I wanted a smoothie bowl, on their menu it looked as if you can make your own bowl but it seemed like she wanted me to pick the pre-made ones already so I just chose one of those instead
The place is not the very best, it is somewhat dirty and doesn’t look too clean. The fridge they have in the front is empty and filled, maybe they just happen to ran out of stock? or it was near closing? I’m not sure, but it didn’t seem as professional or clean as Smoothie King.
3 stars for average, maybe 4 if it was cleaner. 4 stars itself for the actual drinks/smoothie bowls though. I just hoped the base was a bit more than the toppings 🙁
