Ridgefield Buyer beware… they just delivered to my house when I didn’t order. So I was surprised and asked my wife If she ordered, which she didn’t. I call them to let them know whoever ordered didn’t get their pizza. 15 minutes later I get a call that they were coming back to pickup the pizza and redeliver it after sitting in my house for almost 20 mins. I wanted to write the customer a note and stick it to the box lid….thats just gross, and bad business. This could be your next order but it won’t be mine….not ordering there anymore!!!

Pros: Decently sized slice, pretty good taste. Nicely cooked undercarriage, less flop than I expected by looking at it. Enjoyable crust with a bit of crunch.
Cons: Lot of grease, I did a little napkin dabbing. Cheese is a little non-descript but goes well with thin sauce. I like a bit saucier but this wasn’t dry.
Verdict: Slightly above-average slice of pizza that hit the spot today. If this is your local spot, you’re not in bad shape.

I highly recommend Planet Pizza in Ridgefield. Great food, awesome service and a friendly owner who truly cares about his customers. My 4-year-old son (future pizza man) loves to come here after school and the owner always goes above and beyond for him to have a great experience. The owner takes his time with him to explain all the steps in the pizza production process and my son is over the moon to learn about it. I wanted to thank him publicly for the kindness in service and this is how local businesses should be run. We highly recommend this place! A great place in a great location.

Always friendly staff, very good pizza and fries, heros, and entrees, wings could use a little more crisp. Straightforward pizza joint seating, crowded during peak, so be prepared. Outdoor seating is awesome during warmer weather.

Terrible experience. I ordered several pizzas to go and was waiting for over an hour. The staff keep saying the order is on the way. I had enough time watching them, all running around, disorganized, grabbing cooked food without gloves. My first and last time there. There are plenty other pizza places that have better service and attitude!

I love Planet Pizza and especially this one in Ridgefield. The food is always great. The management is very nice helpful, and professional. They are willing to do whatever they have to do to please the customer. There is always relatively fast service even when they are busy, which is surprising for how busy they get say on like a Friday or Saturday evening. I have never had a bad experience here. Overall, this is one of the best places to eat if you like pizza. If you like chicken marsala pizza, I highly recommend it at Planet Pizza.
