We ordered your meat lasagna and baked ziti. The meat lasagna had zero noodles it was a plate of sauce, meat and globs of cheese. Just awful. The baked ziti had no sauce and again globs of cheese. Just awful. Ate a little then threw the rest out. I will not be coming back again

The first other issue was one of the 5 pizzas we ordered was considerably burnt on the bottom to the point we had to throw it out. These were also some of the greasiest pizzas we’ve ever had. The other issue is the app, it said delivery was complete even when it had not arrived, we were worried it was delivered to the wrong address. Called the store and they said it was still on it’s way and the app just did it by time and not actual status. First time using this location, very different quality than the Norwalk location.

Best pizza in the area when you don’t feel like driving to New Haven. I always get the Grandma’s pie. The thick crust is so crispy on the corners and bottom and it has great flavor. My husband likes their pepperoni onion and caprese. We often just buy slices which are enormous! Great value for money.

We’ve ordered from here multiple times and it’s usually just ok. We like to order from them because they take cash and it’s just easier for us sometimes. Last night was the last time we will order from them. All the food came cold, the French fries were soggy, the pizza was cold, and the sausage broccoli rabe pasta was pathetic! I called to complain and the “manager” i spoke to was not helpful and kept asking me what I wanted from them! Ever hear of customer service before? Apparently not. We got another pizza sent over which was hot this time but what am i supposed to do with 2 large pizzas for 2 of us? Really just so annoyed. If the manager would have been helpful i wouldn’t be writing this bad review. Maybe you guys will learn from this experience. Too bad we’ll never know.

Absolutely terrible pizza. Especially in CT. Barely any sauce. Rubbery cheese. Meat was ok, but I tossed most of it.
At least they got paid I guess.
