Open air seating. Friendly staff. Food was good. Tried the Fried Calamari, which was served with a tangy sauce. Very delicious. We ordered the Plan Check Burger PCB in both “Regular” and “Beyond” versions. The Beyond Burger was actually quite good, though the regular burger had a lot more flavor when tasted side by side. The “ketchup leather” was interesting, though I wasn’t impressed by it. We finished our meal with a Key Lime Pie Donut which had a lot more donut than we anticipated. Very sweet, but also very, very good. Overall A+ meal.

We were a party of 11. No one else was in the restaurant except a party of 2, and someone at the bar. Even with that the service was bad. Had to grab our own waters. Had to put in our own order at the bar after our waiter got lost and completely forgot we ordered drinks, and even after that it took them another 10 minutes to pour three beers and make a cocktail. On the other hand the food was great. Drinks were cold and fresh. Nice atmosphere. Polite staff. Service picked up for the second half of the meal, then dropped off when it was time for the check.

Wasn’t disappointing but wasn’t great either. My pastrami gravy fries were just ok because the pickles tasted more like cucumbers. One thing that was absolutely great was the avocado dip that came with my veggies as well as the spicy calamari with dip. The burger was exceptional but nothing that really stood out.

I might have had the best burger I’ve tasted in my life over here. The star of the burger is clearly the meat, it’s incredibly juicy and I can see the juice leaking from the side when I pick it up. It’s seasoned well and cooked to perfection, the taste is amazing. The tomato purée sheet adds an interesting flavor and I loved the toasted buns. Flavors come together like a symphony in my mouth. Slightly pricy, but worth a try. I just had Gordon Ramsay’s burger two days ago in Las Vegas, this one has the same price tag, but it definitely outperformed that in the flavor aspect. The mango soda is also delicious.

Burgers are amazing! A little pricey but great service and chilled atmosphere. Well laid out and spacious interior. We had the Plan Check Burger and the Southern Fry Burger which are both awesome. Fries were not outstanding, but solid. Pepper mayo is also recommended.

This is a great place for a meal. We had the fries as a snack and they were excellent. A great vibe with an outdoor seating area with happy hour and sports on the tv. Wait staff were friendly and helpful. Service was acceptable but not outstanding. A nice place to try when in Santa Monica!

I’ve been to this place last year and had a blast.. I went back this weekend cause I never forget how theirs food tasted. However, the food is still incredibly good same taste which is pretty impressive.. y’all should try their chicken sandwich with the ham it’s pretty unique… The only one star missing it’s because the bartender doesn’t know how to make a drink and the service wasn’t actually that good.. we ordered dry martini and it was awful I even asked why it’s missing the olives then the brought couple olives in a small plate!! Just get a straight drink or a and you should be fine ..but probably you might get the beer in a wine glass … But still the food is a better experience

Last time I came here, I forgot to record a review. So I came back with a friend this time. He knew about it because he saw a Facebook video on it. So We ended up sitting outside. We got seated really fast and it was semi busy. This place has an open dining room that you can see from the outside.
We ended up ordering the charcuterie platter with the chef burger and pastrami fries. Don’t judge but this meal alone was probably 3k calories lol. But it was soooooo good.
They made the egg over easy and perfect cooked tasty meat burger. The yummy pastrami fries came in a good portion but a bit pricey. It is okay to splurge once a while. It was my first time maybe only time.
So They did have a good cocktail menu with a full bar but I decided cut some intake calories. :-/
The waitress was super sweet and paid attention to our table even after we got our food. She refilled our waters a few times and checked in on us.
Overall, the experience was amazing. Next time I come back, I will have the dessert!.

The PCB would have to be one of the best burgers I’ve ever had, and I’ve had SO MANY burgers in my lifetime. The party just melts in your mouth, super juicy, full of flavour, and loved the ketchup leather. If you’re a burger enthusiast, add this burger to your list! Didn’t take long to be seated, more to get my food.
