I have not been here since the new owners took over but I ordered a meatball grinder and it was delicious. It was put in a box and when I grabbed it, it was very heavy so you get a lot for your money. It’s about $16 for this 18″ meatball grinder and it was well worth it. I ended up having four meals from it LOL. I’m definitely coming back here great job guys! PS they make their own bread and this grinder was so big I couldn’t even get it in my mouth and I have a big mouth LOL

I saw a tik tok of this place and figured I’d give it a try but I’m honestly pretty disappointed.
The garlic knot would’ve been excellent but it was stale.
The Napoleon pizza had a good flavor but it was undercooked and soggy. Yes pepperoni is usually oily as expected but the pizza was not crispy at all.
The honey bbq wings are not done in the brick oven they are fried – I love fried wings but the oil either was old or something was seriously off with them.
Not pictured was a Ceasar salad and that was okay.

Super friendly service at Plainville Pizzeria!! Pizza is pretty good too. All items ordered were correctly made and on time. Nice thin crust that is not burnt to a crisp. Sausage pizza could have used a bit more toppings. Would give it a try for wood fired pizza.

Called a order in. Picked up the pizza. 26 bucks 3 topping small asked for a medium. They didnt say they only have small family and party. Ok I live 2 miles from the place and got home with a cold pizza. THE QUALITY SUB PAR half burnt but cold. I won’t be ordering from this place again.

Placing my input on here and I hope it a goes a long way for people who reads the reviews. First off let me start by saying I forgot to take a photo because I was stuffing my face with the amazing food I ordered! I ordered a chicken cutlet grinder and by far the best in TOWN! Along with the savory honey garlic chicken pizza, which I RECOMMEND 110% to order when you come to Plainville pizzeria. I will for sure update my review or add another one with a lovely photo of best pizza & grinders in TOWN!

This pizza was absolutely amazing. We ordered the Napoleon and also a Cheese Pizza last minute before they closed and they were to die for. I take my pizza ratings seriously, and this literally competes with the New Haven Powerhouses. It’s a must try. It won’t disappoint.

Ordered two party pizzas same day which they gladly accommodated. Fries where really crispy and wings where amazing and not small. I was recommended here by my sons friend for the party and so happy we ordered. When my husband went to get the food they where really friendly and kind. Thats what sells me as a customer to keep going back oh and the great food.

This place was absolutely amazing. This is Plainville hidden gem for sure . From the food to the service everything is a 10/10. Cathy has amazing service and made me and my family feel at home . We ordered a pizza and some grinders and had the time of our lives . If you haven’t came here, you definitely should .
