This is the first time I have ordered food from the Restaurant It was excellent. I chose the Meat Loaf and it was a great choice Very well prepared and tasty. The sides were also amazing Cornbread,peach cobbler and the mashed potatoes with brown gravy complemented the meal . Home cooking at its best . I will gladly be back

The jazz music playing/atmosphere is always pleasant from the moment you walk into the restaurant and throughout the whole dining experience. I have tried various meals, for brunch, lunch and dinner. All my choices have been delicous. My favorite meal is the chicken & waffles and lavender lemonade. The owners Joseph & Katina greet every customer along with their excellent wait & cook staff. Had the pork chop, corn and double corn bread today. Great food!!! Can’t beat the flavorful food. Only 3-4 entrees daily, THUR was PorkChop or the Very Delicious Fried Chicken..

Incredible meal! So delicious. Had the fish with yams and greens. couldn’t tell you what was best it was all soooooo good! Came for the jazz- which was magnificent- stayed for the food!

The cornbread was amazing. Service was okay. Went at 11am and food took longer than expected. Food was good, in a little pricey.

We went on our lunch hour, kindly told the hostess upon arrival that we had this time limit to which she replied “if you order fried chicken it will be a wait, if you order turkey & dressing it will coms6”
So we ordered the turkey & dressing
40 min later no food
10 min later the waitress comes by and stated there was a mix up with the tickets, we said okay but at this point please just put the food in to-go containers
Another 5 min pass and she came by again without food but ready to collect payment and said “well sorry we are not a fast food restaurant”
This behavior is unacceptable and disappointing for a place we used to love.
