It was empty for a Saturday afternoon but the food was good. I got the seafood combo pan roast. I was slightly disappointed with the portions of seafood and the quality of rice. It tasted like boxed minute rice instead of actually cooked Jasmine rice. The flavor of the pan roast itself was okay and just enough to satisfy my pan roast craving. I usually go to oyster bar but just didnt want to wait 2hours. I also got the gulf oysters which were huge and also good. Server was friendly and atmosphere was okay.

This is not the typical oyster bar you experienced.
Food tasted just fine but the details are missing. We ordered seafood stews, there were seafood and herbs in the bowl. Herbs are in big pieces and the crab legs were not prepared (cracked or cut diagonally) in a way for customer to consume easily. With the cracking tools provided, I couldn’t get the meat because the crab legs were skinner than the the cracking tools. Similar situation with the shrimps, I needed to de-shell them. The herbs were all over the place. I had to pick that out before drinking the soup.
Server was not trained well. Asked of we need a box while we were still working on the food.

Excellent raw oysters ($32 for a dozen gold band), but are pre-shucked, pressure processed, sealed and shipped from LA in ice. Fast service. Spice level is very good. Was sweating at a 6, great at 3-4/10.

This is definitely a hidden gem. The location is a bit out of the way and not in a familiar area however the food is absolutely delicious! If you have seen most of my reviews I tend to go for a more high end dining experience but if your looking for a casual/New Orleans style food this is the place. I believe this place is fairly new and its so under rated. If he had a place on the strip this place would be packed 24/7. Chef Ramon is super talented and friendly. It’s a casual vibe where you can have beers and wine. The oysters were very fresh and tasty. I had the bouillabaisse which was the right amount of spice and flavor. My husband had the pan roast and he ate it all. It was that good. Don’t let the location deter you as you will leave here very satisfied. Will definitely be back!

The oysters were HUGE. Easily the biggest ones I’ve had. They were delicious and fresh. Chew! >.<

Opened for about a year and this place is worth the drive. Same chef from Palace Station’s opened this spot. No need to wait in line anymore. Seafood pan roast hit the spot. Also got to try the catfish and cup of chowder. Great service and staff.

The service certainly could be better but the food is just amazing! They have a great happy hour. Although I wish they had more drink options. But we got by with what they had. We had green muscles in the butter garlic sauce . The Las Vegas Chowder!! Which is basically New England style with shrimp and lobster added! So freaking good! And the bowl is huge!! We also had a dozen oysters which were very tasty as well!
We definitely will be going back! And hopefully its a Wednesday when they have $1.50 oysters with no limits!

The food and service are excellent! I was a fan of the Oyster Bar at Harrah’s which closed many years ago. I’ve had Legends and Palace Station which are good but still felt that missing piece. I will definitely return and try different dishes (Bouill-Roast is next). They have specials Tuesday BOGO 1/2 off Seafood Pan Roast, $1.50 Oyster Wednesday. I had the chicken and sausage pan roast for $20 which was a regular special.
