Reviews
We shared fish tacos, burgers, grilled cheese, fried pickles, onion rings and beer. All of it was fabulous.
Already planning when we will come back!!
Also, menu items are overpriced for what you get. 2nd star because the chicken sandwich was good.
I’ll be going somewhere else in the future.
First experience was for the Josh Ward concert. They were not prepared for this event at all. This event was $40 a head. We were told that concert was to start at 8pm and end 11-12pm. The concert started at 915 and was over at 1010. With no house band before or after. They had 2 bar tenders and no beer girls, so it was 40 minute wait for each round of drinks. They had seating for less than 25% of customers, and did not suggest for us to bring lawn chairs when we called. It was a total soup sandwich of a night.
We had heard the food was good and thought we could try lunch there the day after concert as there was not an event going on to stress their service capabilities. We found ourselves waiting 15 minutes to be asked what we wanted to drink and we would have to wait to order food. 15 more min wait for the drinks then 45 minutes of waiting for our food before we finally had no choice but to go elsewhere. A total of 1 hour and 15 minutes and still no sign of our meal is unacceptable. We went right down the street and had our amazing food sitting in front of us in less than 25 minutes after walking in the door.
Long story short if you visit this wonderful area I suggest that you avoid this place of business at all cost.
In response to the response…
The staff did work extremely hard and I applaud them for their endless efforts to keep up with the demands. Each one of them deserve a huge pat on the back. So thank each of you for working so very!!! (Now the grain of salt). The question is where was the failure? Three people calling in should not leave you stressed to the point falling apart. It is your job as owner/manager to over prepare for an event of this magnitude. At $40 a person, There should have been enough extra help to keep things running smoothly. You should also take ownership of your mistakes and apologize to your staff and customers for your failures. My review is accurate and any customers we has socialized with at your event expressed the same disappointments.
Unfortunately cell service was next to non existent and we could only call for information. You are dead wrong about your math on your provided seating capacity. For my group on two separate occasions the negative far outweighed the positive, so this left it difficult to see anything positive to mention. I do recall that outdoor set up was great with the string lighting, tables, and games.
Grow from this and hopefully your wonderful staff and customers won’t have to continue suffering.
