The pancakes were absolutely delicious—perfect texture and super fresh. And the peanut-butter salmon omelet was surprisingly amazing; such a creative and bold flavor combo! The place is clean, the service is fast, and the staff is very friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back

Good pan cakes.

I loved their pan cakes. It was really good and the portion was great. The strawberry and banana with Nutella pan cake was really yummy.

I did order their fries, which was slightly disappointing. The fries was thin and not very crispy. I suggest they either remove that offering from their menu or improve it, while its not their main selling point.

I got recommendation from a friend to have brunch here while I was in Princeton. The location can be reach by walking distance too from the university. Their service is great! And ofc the food, I love the crepe ❤️ we’ll be back for our next visit.

If only I remembered to take a photo before we devoured the food. The empty plate would have the pancake sampler of banana pecan, peanut butter chocolate chips, strawberries pancakes on it. Delicious. We were too full to finish the Potato stuffed pancakes “The Works” and the corn beef harsh. So so good. The only issue with this place are the gnats. So many of them attacking our food. Really need to invest in a $30 bug killer machine from Amazon. Other than that, the good and service was really good.

Nice breakfast spot in front of Princeton University Psncakes were very good… they offer a pancake sampler $19 on pricey side but you can pick any 3 form their menu
add $ 4. per dinky bottle of pure maple syrup
corded beef hash very average
Inside reminded me of a college bar pizza joint
you can carve into table tops
not bad but not exceptional
Service was very good…

We had a stroller with us that we needed to leave at the entrace due to lack of space in the restaurant. But it was all good.

After hearing how good this place was, I knew I had to try it and it definitely lived up to the hype. The atmosphere inside was relaxing and seating/wait time wasn’t terrible at peak brunch hours on a Sunday. I ordered a combo of 3 custom pancakes with smores, cinnamon roll, and oreo flavors. They were excellent and well portioned. A must-try if you’re in Princeton!

I recently visited this place, and I have to say, it’s truly a hidden gem when it comes to pancakes! Although I come to Princeton often, this was my first time here, and I’m so glad I finally made it. It was already 8:30 PM when I arrived, so I decided to keep it simple and ordered just pancakes. However, I was amazed by the sheer variety they offer — so many different types of pancakes to choose from!

I ended up ordering two kinds: the plain pancakes and the coconut banana rum pancakes. Let me tell you, both were absolutely delicious. The plain pancakes were perfect on their own — fluffy, light, and just the right amount of sweetness. But the coconut banana rum pancakes were truly exceptional! The flavors blended together so well, with the coconut adding a nice tropical touch, the banana providing a bit of natural sweetness, and the rum giving it a unique twist. It was a perfect combination.

The service was also great. Our server was friendly, polite, and attentive, which made the experience even better. I will definitely be coming back, not only to enjoy those amazing pancakes again but also to try the many other varieties they have on the menu. This place is now on my must-visit list every time I’m in Princeton!

The pancakes were so good!!! The atmosphere was incredible with many vintage pictures from Princeton. The pancakes were fluffy and not terribly sweet. Parking is hard to find and it took only about 10 mins for the food to arrive. There are many things on the menu including crepes, pancakes, burgers, pizzas and waffles.A little crowded and chaotic in the small space. There were a lot of people during lunch/brunch time, about 30 min wait time.

The best pancakes I ever had! I was very surprised at how good they were and how fresh everything added to it was. I was greeted by a really nice gentleman who sat us donned in festive holiday apparel. Katharine was our server by the counter and she was very sweet! Will be back again first time was amazing!
