The perfect small town ice cream shop. Stopped on a whim as we took an exit from the highway and SO glad we did. The perfect accidental find. The staff is the most friendly and they have such a wide variety of flavors, there’s something for every one to enjoy. Every flavor was amazing!! Even if it’s a little pricey, it was worth every penny. And there’s a little park nearby— giving the perfect opportunity to sit and relax for a bit. Can’t wait to come back again and again.

Really nice ice cream shop! We got vegan cookie dough. My wife and I were both surprised. It was really good but we had never seen anything like it. We’ve had coconut or oat milk based vegan ice cream plenty of times but this was different. We’re not sure how this stuff was made, it’s so unique, but definitely good stuff. Downtown Manteno is worth the few extra minutes to drive over from the interstate.

Craving for ice cream on a Hot Mother’s Day while driving on I 57, found this place on Google. We made the right choice. Delicious ice cream, many flavors and you can’t decide what to order. Friendly staff and great service. We went to the park next to store, enjoyed nice time eating our ice cream and sipping shakes. Worth the stop and time spent during our trip.

In spite of the fact that it’s not good for our waistline, we love this place. The service is always very friendly and prompt, even when they are very crowded. The owners are wonderful people. And the ice cream is delicious and the portions are gigantic. I wish we had a place like PJ’s in the town where we lived.

Good creamy ice cream! A nice treat after the splash pad/ public park that sit right to the side of it. 90 degree weather, the kids were excited for the sweet tooth. PJ’s ice cream establishment was nice and clean. A guy and young lady served us. They were friendly. I can tell this place is a hit! They had considerable customers come in and out as we sat and enjoyed our ice cream for an hour. Very very good prices. Must be the place!. Check em out!

I took my two sons here for all of our first times there. I was THRILLED to see there were non dairy/vegan options and quite a few. I tried the non dairy cookie dough and OMGGG was it so good! My boys got the basic ice cream, Superman and my youngest got a mix of chocolate with the Playdough( vanilla ice cream with colored cookie dough pieces). They both absolutely loved their ice cream. The portions were massive and such a great value at that! The staff was very friendly and helpful with it being our first time. We will absolutely be returning and soon! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Per recommendation went here and their ice cream is delicious. Love the pistachio flavor. Great high quality,creamy, and generous portions. There are so many delicious flavors to choose from. Have a nice eat-in area ,and it is located right off the main Ave.
