First time here, but will definitely be back. Love PJ’s , very good food and great service. Great burgers and unique dogs as well sausage. Burgers had so much flavor without being overly cooked. Philly cheesesteak was good, but could have used a bit more meat. Very convenient as it is very close to on/off ramp of 290. Thank you PJ for giving us an alternative to the typical boring chains, and servicing the local area as well surrounding areas

10/10! Portion size is very generous, pleasant environment, and great food selection. Everything was a hit, season well inside and out. Came after researching “Fast Food” near me and only one in the area with great reviews. For my jr bacon cheeseburger with curly fries and drink , quality is fantastic. First, their burgers are really good as was the chili cheese dog! Delicious! Unfortunately, the other items I’ve tried have been mediocre. On one visit I got the wings, chili cheese dog with fries. Chili cheese dog, as I said was really good. I specifically asked for the fries to be cooked more crispy because I like them that way. I can’t stand soggy fries. I ate two fries, and trashed the rest. I love a good hot wing, these were a soggy mess, I ate 2 and trashed the rest. At least the chili cheese dog was good! I will have to stick with the burgers and hot dogs but nothing else. I can’t keep wasting my money like this. I spent over $30 for my meal tonight and ate 20% of it. Man I tried to give it a fair shot but not sure I can continue wasting my hard earned money like this. Again good burgers and hot dogs, just not feeling the other items thus far. Bummer …

I’ve been eating here since they opened in 2021… all the food is outstanding! The service is always excellent. And I REALLY love their double meat cheeseburgers, truly the best in Houston. Highly recommended!

If you’re in Cypress, TX, you HAVE to check out PJ’s Eatery! I had the Jax Smashed Burger, and let me tell you—it was perfect. The seasoning was on point, the burger was fresh, and it came out in under 15 minutes, which is just the right amount of time. I didn’t waste a second—it was gone in under two minutes. The fries? Also amazing. They tasted homemade, not that store-bought stuff. Perfectly seasoned and crispy.
I only got pictures of the wings, cookies, and pumpkin cheesecake, but let me talk about these wings real quick. They hooked me up with a hot honey and lemon pepper combo that was absolutely next level. Sweet, spicy, and just… perfect. Easy 10/10. The burger? A solid 9.8/10, and that’s only because I ordered the smaller size (totally my fault—next time I’m going bigger).
Haven’t tried the pumpkin cheesecake yet, but it smells amazing, and I’ve never even heard of that flavor before, so I’m excited.
And the customer service? Juan was awesome from start to finish. Super friendly and made me feel right at home. If you don’t stop by for the food, at least go see Juan—he’s that great.

Came with my dad. He’s came before, it was my first time. Excellent Service, came as soon as we sat down. Atmosphere was great, chill and quiet. I don’t really like loud atmospheres so it was perfect. Excellent food. I got the Jax Smash Burger. Best burger I’ve had in a minute. My dad got the Barbeque Burger. Couldn’t even finish it because it was so good. Also got the Mac and Cheese Bites and Philly Egg rolls. So delicious. Had us wanting to order some to go.

If you want bland food and poor customer service then this is the place to go. I order the chicken taco and it was bland just chicken, cheese and onion. The cheeseburger was dry and not juicy and had big pieces of onion and the stem was left on the lettuce. Overpriced on the frozen fries that were not all the way cooked. Hot dog tasted char with burnt chill and cheese. The seating was uncomfortable. The only thing was good was the soft drink. On customer service the cashier was rude and on the phone watching tv.

We had the Philly fries. So GOOD!!! Jax Smashed Burger Delicious. This is must try place. We was traveling so we will definitely hit this up when we are back in the area.
