Been coming here for YEARS. It’s been family owned the entire time. New generation just came in a few years back and made some positive additions to the menu as well as the building in which they reside. Always a pleasure seeing the family and workers who always greet you as you enter the door and service is fast. The High School is right down the street so business is booming during there break.

SO GOOD!!!!! We were visiting Lompoc from 2ish hours away, and when we arrived we were so desperate for a place to eat. We were ready to settle for Jack-in-the-Box when I noticed this like interesting building and I looked at their website for the menu and I was like oh we’re going and immediately you walk in and it smells like warm delicious sandwichesand they are so kind and treat you like a like a regular and the place is also just so cool in so many different ways and oh my God, those sandwiches were the bomb like I cannot put it into words how amazing they were and since we didn’t know what pastrami was they gave us a free sample right off the bat and they weren’t even stingy with it, just overall incredible impeccable service and sandwiches:) Totally worth the drive to come back!!!

Was excited to try PJ Deli’s for the first time, took a look at the menu on PJ own website beforehand and seemed very affordable (Around $35 after tax)! When I went in person to make a to go order the total came out to almost $45 for just two combo deli sandwiches. Not what I was expecting, the sandwiches were so small the meal was basically a huge bag of chips with a side of a deli sandwiches and drink.

That Mamba sandwich was delicious. The 1st bite reminded me of a prison spread on a roll. It was nice and soft, packed with meat, chili beans and stuff. Definitely going to get it again. Glad we chose this spot for lunch. It’s not the 1st time I’ve tried their food, it it is the 1st time trying that sandwich. So good I had to save half of the sandwich for tonight as an after dinner grub ahahah

Enjoyed my lunch break with my wife. Had the Italian sub and she had the Desmond. Enjoyed how fresh the sandwiches were. Owner is a really nice guy. Loved hearing the history of the store.

The food is amazing! Every sandwich combo you could imagine available and the soups are out of this world! You can tell owner, Raul, and his staff take pride in their work. It shines through the food and the customer service. Everyone that walks in is greeting with a smile and addressed by name. 10/10 would recommend- either for dine in or take out however I would encourage everyone to dine in to experience how FUN the store is decorated with pictures and local art.
