Our drinks were amazing. I had a granita, and my friend had a frozen lemonade. We also shared beignets. The service was swift. The staff was polite and friendly. The atmosphere was really peaceful and a nice setting. The place was extremely clean. We enjoyed our experience, and we definitely will be back.

Velvet ice matcha is amazing. The Beignets are so good, it’ll take around 5 minutes to prepare but come out fresh and puffy. Service is fast and staff are friendly. Place is not that big but there is at least 3-4 areas for inside seating apart from outside. Loved the comfortable couch. Will try different stuff later.

Extremely rude customer service, management (she looked like it) was wondering around like she didn’t have a clue, and or cared about what was going on and was talking about a customer! when I was finally handed my order she was overly fake nice, Felt like I was just an annoying customer when I had a very simple order! And I just hoped that I wasn’t a customer they was also talking about!! This establishment used to be my favorite place but for the past 4/5 months it’s truly went down hill!

I usually don’t like to leave negative reviews, but I’m struggling to receive any resolution for the issues we had with our catering order.
I placed a catering order online via PJ’s official website on Jan. 5 at 4:26 PM for delivery on Jan. 8 at 8:00 AM for a corporate event. On Jan. 8 at 8:15 AM the order had still not arrived so we called the store. The owner who we spoke with on the phone claimed they had just received the order at 7:00 AM and didn’t have enough time to make everything. She also had no idea that delivery orders go through Doordash, so our DD driver very graciously stuck around for over an hour while the restaurant tried to fulfill our order. Coffee arrived around 9:00 AM. Our driver went back to the store to pick up the food portion of our order and delivered it around 9:30 AM, a full hour and a half after it was scheduled for. We only received 12 muffins instead of the 48 ordered. I’ve called to request a refund for our order and have been bounced back and forth between the restaurant and corporate number with no resolution. Terrible experience, we will never be catering from here again.

Bathrooms DISGUSTING!
Some one coughed in their hand then was touching all over my cup!
The entire place looked like a health code violation! To the point I threw my drink and food away! Truly don’t even know how health dept hasn’t shut them down yet!!
I wasn’t even greeted they were all to busy talking amongst themselves!
Honestly wish I could give zero stars! Absolutely disgusting! Will never in my life time be back!

Apparently their corporate policy doesn’t allow personal cups or to ask for “no plastic lids”. I cannot morally support a business that willfully contributes to harming our planet through enforced use of single use plastics. The manager, Tyler, took my order where I requested no plastic lid. After they made my drink and put a lid on it the barista told me they had to and that her manager told her to. Tyler was standing right there. It was awkward.
I asked for a refund because I wont support a business that has such archaic policies. I was told its so I dont burn myself. Am I child?
Also, at most places if you get a refund for something like this, they would usually let you keep the drink because they care about a customers perception. Well when I asked for a refund Tyler made sure to reach over and quickly grab my drink from the counter in front of me. There’s no problem with that I guess, it was just unfortunate though because arent they just going to throw it away? Overall awful experience. Bad customer service, lots of sullen looks from the employees, and bad vibes overall.

Fake Ascake
I usually don’t post reviews but this happened weeks ago and I’m still really upset about it. I gave clear instructions of how I wanted my cold brew and I apologized for how crazy it was. I was having a bad day and needed a pick me up. Upon recieving my coffee, it tasted as if they poured a tiny bit of coffee, enough oat milk to change the color, and filled the rest with water. There was NO flavor and NO sweetener like I asked. I would get over this, but the staff gave me a weird look when I went to grab my drink, too.

Great staff and service that are ready to customize your drink order. I came here and the younger crew was working, they were enthusiastic and helped me choose me and my wife’s drink. Vanilla latte and a Matcha Velvet Ice with Toffee brown sugar syrup.
