Once a week I get my order of Matcha and like always I’m satisfied. Today I went in for my usual order and this was the best Matcha latte I’ve ever had. Whoever was working at 9:30am on Nov 29 in this store made best drink I’ve ever had. I just had to pick up my phone and leave a review. Also staff is always super nice when I arrive. Thank you for an amazing experience.

I love your coffee… But why is it that you’re a coffee shop and you don’t open until 7???????? Makes no sense to me why you would miss those two hours of peak time from 5 to 7…..so instead of PJ’s I have to settle for Dunkin because they open at 5. Always busy. You’re missing out big time!!!

This was my first visit to PJ’s Coffee and my overall experience was great. I had beignets and a white chocolate Frappuccino and it was amazing. The reason why I gave service a four star rating is because I did not feel welcomed as I entered the store as I typically do at Starbucks. If the staff could elevate their level of enthusiasm for customers that would help tremendously.

That was the worst coffee I have ever had, how do you mess up a Cafe Au Lait . It was super bitter and for some reason they put whip cream on top of it, not even sure it had any milk in it at all other than a little for coloring.

Picked up an online order today on my way through. The lady in the drive through was nice but the drink was awful. I ordered my usual which was a caramel granita with caramel drizzle and it didn’t even have a taste. This was my first time stopping at this location as I normally stop I. Haughton on my way through. I won’t be back to this location. I do believe someone forgot the coffee as they were making my order.

We are from TX but were in Monroe for a softball tournament and went to this PJ’s for the first time on Saturday morning and the staff there was so sweet and helpful. They told me all about the menu and made wonderful recommendations and they got everything out soooo fast! We went back this morning before we headed back to TX and the lady there not only remembered me but also remembered what I ordered (I wish I had her name cuz she was amazing). She is an asset to the company for sure because I was thoroughly impressed. Anyways we made to TX with leftover beignets and they are STILL CRISP! I couldn’t believe it. They were an 11/10 hot and fresh but even 12 hours later they were still a 10/10. I would highly recommend this place!!!
