This PJ’s was so nice. They had Hot Fresh coffee ☕️ and delicious food made by order! I got a caramel crème coffee with soy and whipped cream topping and caramel drizzle on top, plus I added two more espresso ☕️ shots to it lol. Then I ordered the veggie egg white bites! My man ordered the same type of coffee but instead of it being hot, he ordered it on Ice. He also ordered a bacon, egg and cheese, biscuit which he truly did enjoy. Thanks for the awesome service always! I highly recommend this coffee shop.

I want to start out by saying I’ve always had great service at this location. However, in the past few weeks I’ve had several situations that didn’t sit right with me. The first trying to order a latte with cookie butter syrup. On the list of syrups offered cookie butter is an option and my husband was told they didn’t offer cookie butter and had no idea what he was talking about… if it’s not an option then why is it on the list of offered syrups online for this location? I could absolutely understand if it’s not available due to being out but they straight up acted like my husband was crazy. Also, every time I stop in the mornings for coffee the wait is at least 20-25 minutes for only 1-2 cars in front of me. I understand if there aren’t a lot of workers but 20-25 minutes is a long time for coffee. I have sat there and watched as cars behind me leave due to the wait being very long. When this location first opened it was the place to be. Now I feel like things have changed and it’s just not what it used to be. I still love the coffee but the service has definitely changed.

This is by far the slowest coffee shop I’ve ever been to in my life. Many times I go I’m the only one in the Drive-Thru and it still takes more than 10 minutes to make one drink and that is not an exaggeration. Nice people, nice place, but not ideal if you’re in a hurry

Me and little bit had a great time going through the drive through! I’ve never had a bad experience or a bad drink from this pj! The workers are always extremely nice! And the coffee is always good! When driving to work I did have to fend my drink off from little bit cause she really really wanted a tast! Soo good!

I’ve been here a couple of times now. And unfortunately the quality does not seem to be consistent. One day, my drink is super sweet and the next time, the exact same drink tastes like it is nothing but coffee and milk. I ordered a caramel drink that clearly has zero caramel in it. And even though the menu states it comes with whipped cream and caramel drizzle, it had neither. I rarely spend the $5+ on coffee out but have treated myself a couple of times this holiday season, so it is very disappointing to get to work and have to add sugar to my expensive coffee that is lacking any flavoring. Typically, I would have just asked them to remake it or add some caramel. But with a hot drink, I was down the road 10 minutes before I could even taste it. All that to say, the service has been great, super friendly, always a smile on their faces. Maybe they just need more time to learn the drinks and perfect making them.
