Great customer service!! Excellent diversity in coffee choices. I had a Maple Street hot coffee and a King Cake iced coffee.

I must admit that this is by far the most unfavorable location I have visited in the region. I am from Biloxi, but I frequently conduct business in the New Orleans metropolitan area. I visited with a group of partners. I requested Banana Foster’s Velvet Ice, without whipped cream. It sounds straightforward. However, the blonde attendant with glasses exhibited the most unpleasant attitude one could imagine. Subsequently, another shorter employee joined in with a similarly negative demeanor. I explained that the matter was not that serious and requested a refund. I was disappointed with the conduct of these two individuals.

We were shopping nearby and were able to walk to this PJs for a quick refuel. It’s a large space with plenty of seating. Would make a great study/work space. They had plenty of pastries. The staff is kind and service was quick. Would recommend this location.

I absolutely love PJs Coffee! Hot matcha lattes are my fave. Yum! I also abhor poor service. Well on Wednesday February 11, 2026 my husband went to get two Carnival Lattes ($2.00 off a 20oz Lg). Unlike me, he did not have the app on his phone. He tried to get the app on his phone and make the purchase, but continued having difficulties. The female employee that he encountered offered no assistance, didn’t acknowledge that there even WAS a special, and upsold my husband. Needless to say the drinks were delicious, but the experience has left a bad taste in our mouths. PJs, this was not cool.

This is the absolute worst location ever. It is overpriced, has slow service, and the Wi-Fi never works. The employees are rude and lazy and it gives off the vibe that it is a franchise. I went here for 3 months until recently. I ordered a small granita, the cheapest one which is almost $6.00 , and I always forget they do not come with whip if you get it with no flavor, which to me makes zero sense. Whip cream is not a flavor. When I saw it and asked for whip, the server Hollie, gets bold and says “ that will be .75 cents” in a rude way. I laughed at her attitude and said to cancel the order. After she does it, she rips the refund receipt so I won’t have the internet code, yet the internet never works, but I always forget and I am glad I left because I had my laptop and not just my phone. I will never patronize this business again. They forget there is strong competition in the area with coffee and there is also the library.

I did not order any food or drink. I was getting a gift card for a friend for her birthday. I was the only one in line at that time. The young lady was very helpful and friendly. She answered my questions. I will definitely be coming back.

Tried to order here and the owner refused to make my drink the way I wished and wanted me to add sugar that I was was requesting. I have never went into a coffee shop and they refused sugar. I wonder how she handles drive thru request.

Went back two days in a row because the caramel velvet cream is literally the best drink. It’s better than starbucks and mcdonald’s. It has a soft consistency somewhat like a frappe. But if you don’t like overly sweet drinks don’t get this. This drink is really sweet but I enjoy it. Also ask for the whipped cream on top even better. It’s a nice cafe with seatings and free wifi when you purchase your drink. The atmosphere is chill.

PJs is “famous” for their delicious iced mocha, but what I really love is the variety of flavored iced coffee brews, that are a great no-sugar option. My favorites are the Pralines & Cream and English Toffee. They offer an assortment of pastries and treats, but I don’t have an opinion to share on their food. Service is always friendly, which is a major draw when you’re spending $5 on a cup of coffee.

This is one of my favorite locations. Julia and her colleagues (baristas) who work the drive-thru are so sweet and friendly. I always order the vanilla velvet ice with oat milk and a blueberry muffin warmed. They never disappoint. The service is amazing. They make you feel welcomed every time. Ms Holly the General Manager has an awesome staff and I look forward to seeing them next time. Keep up the good work ladies, customers like myself appreciate being greeted with a smile and a positive attitude.
