The weekend crew needs to step up there game (minus 1 that is there during the week). If it wasnt for the week crew I would definitely go to a different one. Thank you week crew for the amazing taste.

I ordered the iced pumpkin latte I was very disappointed. Tasted nasty and no cinnamon on top.

Loved everything about my visit there this morning… the ladies working were friendly, my latte was perfect, scones were delicious, and ended up leaving with a Mardi gras mask and earrings but I think my favorite purchase is the cutest reusable fabric coffee sleeve!

Staffs (Allyson and Ashley) was really helpful with getting me my first pj’s coffee and taking their time and patience to explain and inform me of all the different types of drinks and recommendations. They were ready nice, helpful, and really quick with my order. They were really professional with their line of work. Recommended to give this pj’s location a visit if you’re passing by.

Guys, what’s going on here? Where is the quality products and customer care that Phyllis built PJ’s on? I thought maybe it was a fluke that I received a partially frozen breakfast sandwich one day. However, it’s happened three times. Three. My drinks are never stirred. My milk is usually incorrect. I can’t have regular milk. I can only have almond or soy- and yes, I will know the difference in about 5 minutes from one sip. I grew up on PJ’s and I love the coffee. I’m very sad to see this brand take such a dive in the last decade. It’s not just this one shop- it’s almost all of them. There’s a shop in New Orleans East that is doing amazing work with quality and customer service. I suggest the other locations reach out and see what that shop is doing to make customers drive to the middle of no where just for their coffee.

I love to treat myself to a good coffee every now and then, but it seems the more I “treat” myself the more I regret it at this location. Today I went through the drive thru and requested a Medium Iced Mocha Latte with oat milk… when I pulled up to the window the girl didn’t have any hospitality and only said my total.. when I gave her the money she then hands me a HOT coffee. I explain to her I requested an iced coffee. She walks away for about 2 mins then comes back and hands me a drink. When I take a sip I can INSTANTLY tell that this is the hot coffee that they just poured over ice. I’m extremely disappointed and will start taking my business elsewhere. I’ll let you know this isn’t my first encounter either , this was just the last straw . Be better ladies!

Coffee is amazing, but last few visits, food has been too overcooked to eat. Maybe they’re training new employees but if that’s the case, they should check the food before giving it to customer. Employees are friendly. Lovely atmosphere.

This is really hard for me to write as I used to go here almost daily for the same drink. Lately I’m torn about trying any given day to get the coffee I once considered a treat. The consistency is gone. There have been so many times I go and I’m disappointed with the iced mocha. No matter who makes your drink, new or not, I think it should be the same. The price has gone up which I understand, but paying $6 for a drink that I probably won’t end up drinking is something I can’t do. There has to be a way for everyone to be on the same page when it comes to these drinks. I’d love to return if I knew I would get the iced mocha I used to get, but it’s hard to go and be disappointed and know I wasted my money, yet again….

I saw PJ’s coffees all around when we were exploring the area and I was really excited to try them out. I was not impressed with the service I got, the drink quality, the food quality, or the price of the items. For two drinks and a muffin I paid almost $15 which is asinine. The hot coffee that we ordered was very bitter and obviously old even though we went relatively early in the morning. My iced coffee was okay but was also bitter. And our muffin was stale. I definitely would not go to another PJ’s coffee instead I would go to a local coffee shop or a chain like Starbucks or Dunkin’ Donuts.

I usually enjoy coffe from PJ’S.

This was the first time ordering in Destrehan. Worst ice coffee ever. I think they just used hot brewed coffee and poured it over ice. VERY bitter. I could not drink it. I threw it out. Spoke with staff. They were not very helpful. “We just work with what they give us. ‍♀️” I won’t be back to this PJ’S.
