I visited the new PJ’s Coffee and it did NOT disappoint! My husband tried their energy drink and it was the perfect boost to get him through the day. I also ordered a hot praline latte with extra espresso so smooth, rich, and absolutely delicious. And the hot beignet? Fresh, warm, and melt-in-your-mouth good.

A new, unique spot to Statesboro! As a coffee lover, it’s always fun to try new spots and this one gives you a taste of Louisiana. Ordered an iced Carnival latte and 3 beignets for the road <33 delicious!

Was excited for a coffee shop here. They did just open and I generally will not leave a poor review on a new place but they have a very long way to go to get a better rating from me. Both my husbands and my drink were not full, we waited 40 minutes in the drive through, (like I said they are new and I would not have been upset if the drinks were made well). I ordered an iced latte with no sweetener and it was so sweet I couldn’t even drink it. Also pretty sure they didn’t put espresso in my husbands white chocolate latte. The blueberry scone tasted like a one dollar box of muffin mix. There are much better options in this town that won’t rip you off by filling drinks half full.

This is a newer coffee shop to the area and we had not had a chance to check them out until now.
Unlike most coffee shops, this one has restaurant style drive-thru intercom and menu screen.
The barista was quiet spoken, so it was hard to hear them. And we gather that being a newer shop, they did not know all the drink options. The ordering was a bit challenging.
The service overall was pleasant and they did a great job providing our order.
Now let’s talk about the beignes (sp?). A flakey pastry that’s fired and coated in powdered sugar and comes with a sauce (Carmel, White Chocolate, or Hazelnut). We got ours hot and fresh, and even without the sauce they were good! The sauce made them over the top.
We were not as impressed by the coffee, they made them well, though it may just be the brand/style of coffee they use. One was supposed to be a mocha with dark roast, yet it was weak in flavor. The chocolate also has an odd taste.
We will try them again and see if this changes. Heck, we will try them again just because they put a lot of effort in providing good service!

I absolutely love PJ’s Coffee! It has quickly become my new favorite coffee spot. The service is always amazing, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The King Cake Cold Brew is truly out of this world and easily one of the best drinks I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommend!

I was very disappointed with my experience at PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans. I ordered a white chocolate latte, but it did not taste like white chocolate at all, just plain regular coffee with no flavor. I also tried the strawberry cream cheese croissant, and it honestly tasted like a toaster strudel I could’ve bought from Walmart. For the price, I expected much better quality and flavor. I would not recommend this coffee shop.

Had an amazing experience when I came here. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The coffee was great and came out immediately. Katelyn took my order and payment, she made my day brighter with her positive attitude. Don’t go to Starbucks, don’t go to dunkin, go here, this is the best experience you will have when you start your day!

so i have an extensive history if going to PJ’s in Alpharetta when it was there, but then they all disappeared from Georgia for the most part. so, it was extremely nostalgic for one of be here of all places. so, i went 3 straight days and 4 out of 5 and gotten different drinks and food. i will say the nitro cold brew is consistently effective, more so than the regular cold brew. the granita is a nice treat but unclear on effectiveness. the biscuit and bagel sandwiches aren’t bad, no worse than anything starbucks has. however, it’s also nuked hot to where you can’t be driving while eating as it’s too hot to touch. another issue i have is the people can’t read the ordering screen very well, so i am repeating myself over and over, and they keep getting my name wrong. when they get my name right, it just says “dt” on my cup – so why even bother asking? like i’m the only car even there half the time, what does the name even matter. and the forced tip in your face is pretty annoying too. that said, most of the girls there are super friendly – sort of like old school starbucks. so there’s that.

I ordered a med. Gingerbread chai latte, beignets, and a small vanilla caramel shake. Both are SUPER SWEET!!!!! The chai is definitely something out of a box and could barely be tasted over the overpowering sugary sweet gingerbread syrup. Really wish I had gotten a small so I wouldn’t feel so bad about about wasting my money. The caramel vanilla shake, my daughter likes. But she’s 8, what kid doesn’t like sweets? I tried it and the caramel is overpowering. I know caramel is sweet and initial thays what my daughter asked for. Im glad i added the vanilla. It kind of toned down the caramel. The beignets are very good, they are the only reason this review is getting 2 stars. They were, soft, and a pillow like texture as they should be. But they added an unnecessary amount of powdered sugar. Overall it seems like everything is made with no measurements or recipes being followed. And lastly customer service…The girl at the window was NOT rude but seemed irritated. It seemed like she didn’t wanna be there. It wasn’t busy at all and I saw at least 2 other people working so the irritation couldn’t have come from doing to much work. Maybe she just has a RBF, but either or the vibe came off as, I’m tired, irritated, and ready to go.
