Prices go up. Quality and quantity go down. Not a good recipe for getting loyal or repeat customers. Oysters were small and cold. More like oyster flavored breading. A sweet potato side gives you HALF of a sweet potato. HALF. That’s a SIX DOLLAR SIDE. But the same $6 gets you a whole baked potato. Very dry slaw used to be great. Great service and great server. Really good tea. No longer worth the trip.

Love this very clean restaurant friendly staff. The salad bar is wonderful has everything I want in a salad bar plates and bowls are a little small you can’t separate potatoe salads and things from your salad. The steaks are great one of the best I’ve ever had. Potatoes are fluffy and moist they probably use a potato cooker. Hush puppies are wonderful they bring you a basket full.

PJs is always wonderful. The staff is so wwee6 and accommodating. They checked and had catfish from the night before! It was outstanding!!! Their salad bar is one of the best in the area! I defy you t9 beat their homemade ch8cken salad. It’s a meal in itself! Nice folks, great food! What’s not to love????

Review for July 4th week 2025: We LOVE this place. “The food is better than we remembered again.” This time we enjoyed Hush-puppies , coleslaw, deep fried thick pieces of white fish, 2 types of fried shrimp, fried oysters, deviled crab (similar to crab cake in crab shell), and tasty crispy onion rings. We ordered one plate for each of us, but there was so much food! It’s like paying once and get 2 meals from each order. Also did you know that you can still get Cherry soda from a restaurant? You can order it here at PJ’s Bethlehem Seafood!

The restrooms are absolutely not handicap accessible not even with a walker!
I would not recommend the salmon! It was like a dried up piece of cardboard. However the salad bar was good and the waitstaff is very nice.

This is one of my family’s go to places to eat. We love eating there. Best salad bar in the state. The stakes are amazing and the hush puppies are out of this world. Service staff is always very polite and helpful. I wish I could give this place 72 stars.

First time eating here. The customer service was great. I started off with the salad bar and I hate to say this but not impressed. Salad bar is very small and not many choices of things to put on a salad.
My 10 ounce ribeye and sautéed mushrooms were cooked to perfection with the steak being tender and juicy. I also ordered a sweet baked potato that tasted wonderful. The only issue was that I only got half a sweet potato that costed $5.00. If I am going to pay full price then should I not get a whole sweet potato? lol
My husband got seafood platter and he said it was good. The only complaint was only getting four oysters in the seafood platter and the slaw tasted old.
All in all, the food was good just not impressed and for the price of our food, should have been.

We’ve been going to PJs for years. It’s a great value. He does a good business if you’re expecting Michelin star service, and ambience you’re coming to the wrong place to the reviews that are bad. These are folks that clearly never get out and feel like when they finally do get out that they deserve the champagne treatment with a beer budget. For the one review the commented about a chop sirloin being like a hamburger that’s just ignorant. It’s exactly what it is. Love the salad bar love the hush puppies. My wife loves the tips. Oyster and shrimp are always great sweet potato too. Keep it up PJ. Don’t listen to the haters. Just come on down and get you a good meal for a good price.
